I don’t do a lot of Google reviews but this was WAAAY worth it to give the BIGGEST shout to Felix!! Let me tell you everyone, he is THE best. Incredibly skilled, warm, compassionate, and detailed. He provided my two babies with the best pawdicures, with one of mine, Benson, being 18, and my other little, who’s 5. I highly recommend booking time with him. And don’t forget to leave him a good tip 🤓 I know you already will, and that it’s a hard time for all of us financially, but people like Felix who take such amazing care of our babies deserve whatever it is that makes sense for our pocketbooks 💜 Thank you, Felix, for making my Olivia and Benson feel loved and taken care of 🥰

Love our visits to PupsPetClub! The front desk staff always so friendly and welcoming, which makes everything easy. Bryan, the groomer, is fantastic — he takes such great care of my puppy and does an amazing job, we see him every 4 weeks! Definitely recommend!

Felix was great with helping my pups get their summer haircuts! They had some matting and was able to make them look so cute! Thank you so much!

The PUPS pet club is a wonderful addition to the Lakeshore east (LSE) neighborhood! From our first visit where Collin gave my fur-baby a very warm welcome , we have become regular visitors to this happy place 🙂 The grooming services are fantastic , the team is so upbeat and Maddie is a very professional, personable and efficient manager. She has done a great job at building the positive vibe and a happy team. Keep up the good work!

We love Pups and most importantly we love Bryan the groomer!! He is the best and only groomer we trust for the last 8 years. Every new groomer who he trains is lucky to learn from him and is so gentle and professional with our dog. Everyone who works at Pups is so nice and caring.

I brought my dog in to get her nails trimmed. They have a bunch of other services. Doggie daycare, overnight stays and grooming packages. The store was clean and organized. The staff was also friendly. The prices were also affordable. I do wish they had an app

My pup Scout loves going to Pups for daycare. They do a great job of keeping him busy and entertained while I’m at work. They also send adorable report cards so I can get pictures and an update of how he is doing. Pups is also really communicative. The trainer Ryan is wonderful and very good at communicating and teaching skills I can implement with Scout at home. Scout always looks his best after a groom at Pups. He always has the biggest smile on his face after daycare and is rushing me towards the door whenever I drop him off. I highly recommend the LSE location. The staff is wonderful!
