PUPS Pet Club

My samoyed pup LOVES going to daycare at PUPS Pet Club. He has a great time every time and loves hanging with his doggy buds. The staff is extremely friendly and caring and very attentive to the pups. Very happy with the attention and love they show our dog.

I love Pups Pet Club in River North! My dog goes to CiCi and she does a great job every time! They are very friendly over there and welcoming. Always happy and smiling. They give discounts if scheduling future appointments which is so nice. Quinn loves it there. Thanks!

Pups pet club River North is truly the best. They treat my pup as they would their own. The staff are all extremely loving, warm, and happy. I also love getting the pup cards on how my baby’s day went and all the activities they got to do. I absolutely feel comfortable with my pup there in their hands. I know he has a good day when he just wants to pass out when I pick him up!

I cannot recommend PUPS Pet Club enough! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff truly cares about the dogs. A huge shoutout to the manager, Devan, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Devan is incredibly professional, attentive, and always takes the time to answer questions, which gives me so much peace of mind when dropping off my pup. Whether it’s for daycare or grooming, the service is top-notch and the facility is always clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, this is it!

We love our Pups River North club! I have been taking my dog there for daycare since he was a puppy. He LOVES going to play with friends! The staff are so kind and gentle to him. They are always willing to work my crazy work schedule and last minute changes. He has done training too. The staff is amazing!

Started going to Pups Club just for grooming with Wendy (she’s the best).She makes my Poms look like show dogs!! Just started daycare with my 1 yr old pup. Devan and his team are so great with him! Maya, their trainer, was incredible!

Wendy always does a fantastic job with grooming Franklin! The entire staff is nothing but kind and efficient.
