I recently had the pleasure of working with a staff member at the Santabel Pet hotel for my maternity shoot, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the photos, they were professional, creative, and incredibly supportive. During the shoot, Santabels staff member made me feel comfortable and confident, which was so important during such a vulnerable time. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of boarding our dogs at the Santabel Pet Hotel and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their butler Brownie attended to our dogs' every needs. They took the time to get to know my pups and made sure all of their needs were met while making a comprehensive schedule on their potty breaks, soothing sleeping sounds for their bed time and plenty of one on one time. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. There are plenty of play areas, comfortable sleeping quarters, and even special amenities like homemade treats and daily exercise routines. Our pups seemed so happy and well-cared for during their stay. What stood out the most was the level of personalized care and attention. The staff sent me regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing our dogs were in good hands. It's clear that everyone at Santabel genuinely loves animals and goes above and beyond to ensure they have a great experience. Our dogs have tried running away from home just to go back due to how much they loved this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place to board their pets. I will definitely be returning in the future!
