SBK Dog Club

My mini goldendoodle is my other half. I am codependent on him, so I am so picky about who I trust with him. I found SBK four years ago when he was a puppy and have had an amazing experience since. Not only did they do an amazing job grooming him, I trust that they take really good care of him when I’m not around. The owner and staff are so sweet and you can tell they’re really dog people at heart. I used to live down the block from SBK, but now I travel an hour to continue using their services because they are the only ones I trust. Highly recommend!!

I am a repeat reviewer. SBK has been providing grooming, daycare, and boarding for my dogs since shortly after they opened at the height of COVID restrictions in 2020. First my two older Westies who have since passed. Now, they care for my just over one-year old and my 7 1/2 year old rescue Westies. They know my dogs, and my dogs know them. When we walk over, the dogs rush to the shop door and barely look back as I hand them over. Very much approved by the Westies and their human.

Best dog daycare in Chicago. Recently moved to Chicago and previously, my dog has been apprehensive about being left anywhere. My dog gets so excited to go there and sprints to the door in the morning. Reasonable prices, clean facility and staff is very attentive to the dogs. The staff has been incredibly caring and professional. They truly seem to enjoy their job! Would definitely recommend!

My Shih Tzu, had the best time at SBK Dog club!She was given excellent care & looked amazing when I picked her up!!!! Lana was very easy to communicate with, she was also very trustworthy. Lea will be back soon!!

My two 13 year old rescue Westies have never looked better since we started going to SBK for grooming. One of them can be quite skittish about anyone touching her face, but she seems not to mind at SBK. This is a happy place for our dear furry friends.

I recently took my dog, Steffy, to SBK Dog Club, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The grooming itself was top-notch, Steffy came out looking clean, well-trimmed, and smelled great! I also appreciated the detailed report they gave me about her behavior and any issues they noticed during grooming. I highly recommend SBK Dog Club to any pet owner looking for a reliable and caring grooming service. We will definitely be returning!

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BOARD YOUR DOG. The morning I took my dog for a temperament test, I asked the man at the front desk to give me a tour of where my dog would be staying overnight. He declined my request because he said that "they need to get organized downstairs" where they keep the dogs and that I could tour the boarding section at 4pm when I pick up my dog later that day. RED FLAG if they won't let you tour the facility at any time. 4pm rolls around and I go to tour the downstairs which was a concrete floored basement with no windows that reeked of urine. A very depressing vibe. The dogs stay in that basement and the staff charge extra to take them outside for walks. This place is NOT suitable for boarding dogs and not a facility that I will ever return to. Your pups deserve better.
