Our dog is a bit on the anxious side in new environments. It took him about a month to not seem anxious going in. He has been attending day care at Urban Pooch for approximately 7 months attending twice a week just for socialization. He absolutely loves it. He now knows the drive there and gets so excited the closer we get to day care. He gets happy to see his day care people when he goes in and does not even look back at me going in anymore. He goes in without hesitation and genuinely seems happier at home. The people are great here and true animal lovers. I highly recommend Urban Pooch!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Our dog, Denali, has been going to Urban Pooch for daycare 2–3 times a week since she was a puppy, and after 2½ years, we’ve truly never had a single negative experience. The staff is incredible - so friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and every dog they work with. They treat Denali like she’s their own, and that means everything to us. We always feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such great hands whenever she’s there. We’ve also used their boarding several times, and it’s been just as amazing. One of our favorite things is that Denali gets to play all day in daycare and then sleeps in a room with other dogs and a staff member at night. She’s never stuck in a crate for long periods, which is such a huge plus and something we really value. We truly can’t say enough good things about Urban Pooch. It’s clear how much the staff cares, and there’s honestly nowhere else we’d rather have Denali when we’re at work or out of town. Highly, highly recommend for both daycare and boarding!

After lunch next door I heard a chorus of bright barks, so I wandered in to see the place that sparked such happy sparks. The staff lit up to greet me, and with genuine delight they showed me every corner of their daycare done just right. They walked me through the process, every detail, every check: a flu shot for my puppies, a fecal test to vet their health. Then gentle, careful integration helped my pups feel safe and sound two hours first, then half-day visits, building trust with solid ground. I loved the rooms for roaming, for snoozing, play, or pace, with humans in the playroom keeping watch on every face. The grooming is a bonus, and the "daycare plus a trim" means drop-off days are easy and our schedule’s never grim. My backyard’s been a casualty of puppies, youth, and mud, so this bright space is heaven for the furry little flood. The rates are fair, the hours kind, the atmosphere feels true. Urban Pooch has won my heart, and my puppies love it too. A place of trust and wagging tails, of joy and social play, I am grateful for this find and we’ll be back many a day.

We’ve been using Urban Pooch for daycare and boarding for about seven years. We first started going with our older boxer when we moved to the neighborhood, and after she passed, our new boxer has been going since the day she was old enough. She loves it. When I grab her leash in the morning, she knows she’s going to daycare and completely loses her mind with excitement. I can barely get the leash on before she’s pulling me out the door and straight to the building. The staff is always kind and clearly loves the dogs they care for. I have zero complaints and appreciate having a place I trust completely with our girl.

Miracle worker! Amber and team changed our lives on Sunday when our Bones received his first and desperately needed grooming appointment. Amber listened to our needs, greeted us warmly and took Bones for his grooming. They overcame his history of trauma and reactivity to achieve the best results: he can see without the hank of hair on his face and we finally saw is tail is instead of a matted mess. We can see his beautiful ears and clean butt for the first time! The team was so welcoming and happy with his experience. I cried tears of joy at our reunion. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for you life changing care.

We took our pup to the Puppy Paw Star Academy and are now regular attendees of the Levels training classes and enrichment daycare, and it has all been fantastic! Everyone at Urban Pooch is so knowledgeable and clearly care so much about dogs. I'm an anxious person, but I never feel worried dropping my Lilo off here because I know they will take such great care of her! Lilo and I have learned so much at Urban Pooch. I know she is a much better dog for all her experiences here. We are so grateful our vet recommended Urban Pooch!

I love Urban Pooch staff - especially Playtime Express's Dog Mama extraordinaire Carmella. She lives on those pups like they are her own and is such a bright spot in the day if I can catch her at pick up or drop off. My 2 chocolates would follow her anywhere. A gem and UP is so lucky to have her. We’re lucky to have her.
