It’s rare to find a groomer who combines skill, professionalism, and a truly kind heart the way Jill does. I trust her completely, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. I cannot give enough recommendations to hearts and Paws Grooming for the fabulous job Jill and her husband did on my cat. Not only is it hard to find a cat groomer but one that does it with so much heart and compassion and provides the most Zen atmosphere for cats to be calm, relaxed and safe. If you want an excellent cat groomer don't go anywhere else it's worth the drive!

I am extremely careful about who I leave my dog with because she is blind, diabetic, and requires a complex round of eye drops along with two insulin doses daily. Jill took her on with zero hesitation and even offered a meet and greet, where my dog immediately fell in love with her. When she learned I was having trouble finding a sitter for my cats during my trip to Virginia, she kindly offered to board them as well so the family wouldn’t be split up which was such a blessing for me. Jill’s love for animals is unmatched and extremely apparent, they simply gravitate toward her and warmed up to her immediately! She went above and beyond in every way: making homemade treats my dog adored, instantly winning over my cats, and sending frequent updates with the cutest pictures and videos that always left me smiling. I was able to fully relax knowing my little girl and my kitties were in such caring, capable hands. Jill’s compassion and dedication are extraordinary, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
