Hounds Town - Cincinnati - Madisonville

Houndstown Cincinnati is the only place i want to take my pet Jasper to play. The staff treats him very good every time and i enjoy watching video clips of him that day while he was playing. I still have precious photos of him when the staff dressed him up for a pic on holidays . Thank you Houndstown!

I love the owners here. Great people who care about the animals 1st, and believe their positive intentions will help the business grow. I trust them with any of my 3 current animals, without reserve. When bad things come their way, they deal with it. They DON'T try to cover things up and pretend it never happened, hoping people don't notice. I find that is what separates the good businesses from the bad ones, how they handle their problems and what resolutions they try to find. The owners here have always been completely candid and honest with any situation they find themselves in. That's why I trust them so completely. Highly recommend for your animal care!

Hounds Town is perfect for my active 1-year old! She's placed in size appropriate play groups and gets her energy out. The staff knows her and greet her by name, and take wonderful care of her. She's always so happy to get there and play with her buddies! Highly recommend 🙂

My dog has been coming here since Houndstown opened their doors in July 2023. We were among the first customers and she absolutely loves her two days a week and boarding here! The staff is so professional, knowledgeable and loving to all dogs ! Highly recommend this daycare ! And they have so many fun parties for the holidays!!

Took my dog for a temperament evaluation, and I absolutely will not be coming back. The place smelled horrible and there was pee and poop all over the floors. No outside access or cameras, so your guess is as good as mine as to what goes on in there. The staff seemed ignorant. The phone rang several times during my 5 minutes in the place and every employee ignored it. I would not leave my dog here under any circumstances!

One of our favorite spots in Cincinnati! The staff truly cares about each pup, and it’s such a relief knowing your furry family member is well taken care of when needed. Also super grateful for the amount of play our usual apartment dog gets when we visit. I could not recommend Hounds Town more!

Best doggy daycare! Our dogs have so much fun here playing with the other dogs and being loved by the staff. It’s the personal touches that make Hounds Town Cincinnati stand out. They post pictures and videos of the dogs throughout the day on instagram. We love to see how much fun Henry and Jo are having while they’re there. They also have events and parties periodically for the dogs. Recently they had a pool party (baby pools for the dogs to play in, the dogs wore leis). From the pictures and videos I saw, it’s clear everyone had a blast. The facility is clean, the dogs are put in play groups with other dogs of similar size and temperament, they’re supervised and well cared for. Highly recommend Hounds Town Cincinnati!
