PetSuites Eastgate

We pulled off a last minute weekend getaway trip to the Cincinnati area. We needed a pet sitter for the Saturday of our trip for our Standard Poodle. Petsuites eastgate was recommended to us. We made the call fully expecting to find them booked solid. To our surprise they were very accommodating to our needs. We booked the One day in addition to a full grooming scheduled for that afternoon. We periodically checked the onsite web cam to see how our girl was doing while playing and frolicking with all the other dogs. The staff called and texted with updates on her play care and her status. We picked up our girl and she is absolutely beautiful from the full grooming and the super friendly staff followed up with us on her visit. On a personal note we really appreciated the ability of the webcams as we’ve never had that at any other place our girl stayed. We give Petsuites eastgate an A Plus as they provided an outstanding service.

Pet suites eastgate was very accommodating for Carly! Especially since she has to take 3 different meds per day! Staff were very friendly and fun! They really know how to make your pet feel comfy! The PetSuites Eastgate team are more like family than just another boarding staff. The professionalism and dedication to the care of your pet(s) is truly incredible. My wife and I had a HORRIBLE experience down the street at another facility not related to PetSuites, and the PetSuites Eastgate team have truly been a blessing. Whether it's for a few hours, or a few days, our little Charli is always in good hands with PetSuites Eastgate. Thank you all for everything you do!

Erin, the resort manager, is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were expecting our first, and she went out of her way to make sure that our dogs would have a place to go. Not to mention we get great photos and reviews of our pups when they stay. Our husky was sooooo fluffy soft after grooming. Couldn't recommend enough! Thanks again Erin

The best thing ever for my extremely energetic Labrador... After I work all day, I come home to a rambunctious Lab that slept all day. He wanted to be entertained for hours when I got home, I did not want to entertain him for hours. After doing a little research, I decided to give doggy daycare a try. Of course I was nervous to leave him but by the end of the first day I wondered if he was going to remember me. I constantly checked up on him, he went from staring at the door to little Mr Social Butterfly, happily prancing around with the other dogs. Instead of coming home to a ball of energy, I have a dog that seems satisfied and happy, not attention seeking and bouncing off the walls. He willingly goes into group play, is happy to see the other dogs and happy to see the staff. So glad I found this!

The place seems very nice and everyone was very pleasant, but our dog is shy and came home almost dehydrated as he did not get much opportunities to get to drink water through out the day with other dogs constantly "chasing" him. There should be some space for dogs to go rest and drink. We were also considering boarding, but did not like the fact the dogs are not able to go potty for 12 hours overnight. That is just too long.

Our dog Rooney has been visiting pet suites since she was just 6 months old. We feel great and can enjoy our vacation knowing that she is with the staff who we know loves her and gives her the best care! We would recommend the townhouse for boarding, daycare options as well as training!
