Puppywood Pet Resort (Anderson/Beechmont) is our favorite place to take our Golden Doodle for grooming, daycare and boarding. The facility itself is clean & doesn’t stink like some other boarding places. The staff are great! Missy, the groomer is The Best at my doodles hair. She listens to my requests and delivers. If you have a doodle or any dog really, go to Missy! You won’t be let down. I cannot say enough positive things about Lauren (the manager) and how much she loves my dog and runs a great place. Things always go smoothly, they have great communication and I know my doggie is well loved when I am not there. (And when my 14 yr old dog died they gave me the most thoughtful gift a few months later- just to let me know they still thought of her and cared) Lastly, not only are the staff super nice, But I appreciate the longevity of the staff. I’m never great with names, but I know Lauren, Missy, Taylor, Olivia and Emily are great with my dog(s) and have been for years
Our Golden Retriever puppy stayed with Puppywood Anderson for 4 nights and 5 days while we were on vacation and she loved it! They have cameras, so you can watch your pup play while you’re away. We had a great customer experience and will board with them again shall we ever need to!
Puppywood is a great place to take your dog. They have great service and provide a comforting environment for the dogs. My dog is always happy when we arrive at daycare and does not want to leave.
Everyone at Puppywood is helpful and kind, whether on the phone or in person. Our dog Dakota comes back happy (and exhausted 😄) from her stays at Puppywood. She loves getting a bath the day she comes home as well. Just an overall wonderful, loving pet environment!
I feel comfortable leaving my dogs here. I have used them for several years. The staff is very nice and seems to genuinely like my pets. The prices are reasonable. Located on Beechmont Ave and is not too difficult to get in and out of there.
Took my Pepper in to get groomed and Missy did an INCREDIBLE job! Pepper gets nervous easily, but Missy had a way with her and I knew I left her in good hands at drop off.
We love Puppywood ! My active golden retriever is content after spending a day there!
