Best Friends Pet Hotel

This is our second time getting our Huskys groomed here and we couldn't be more pleased. From intake to checking out, customer service is top-notch. Both dogs came back to us looking fantastic and smelling great. They even had Bandit in a bandana and put bows on Kyra. Such a nice touch. Additionally, both dogs seemed extremely happy and not at all agitated like I've had some of my dogs be after grooming, so I'm sure they were well cared for in the process.

We brought our pup to Best Friends Pet Hotel to get him out of the house and burn off some energy during this cold winter, and he had such a great time! He’s been so cooped up lately, so it was exactly what he needed. He played with tons of other dogs and had an absolute blast, we loved being able to check in on him through the doggy camera and see how much fun he was having. The only small suggestion we’d have would be maybe adding a few more toys for the dogs to play with or having someone toss a ball around once in a while. But overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back!

This is pretty much the only kennel I'll use. The rate is roughly $60 a night which I would say is the average you'll find in the area. The huge plus side here is they make it quick and easy. You have a profile online and it will tell you what your pet needs (vaccinations) when they expire etc. My dog always seems well taken care of. My dog has pretty much always developed kennel cough or gotten sick from every other kennel he's went too. My dog has been here 4 times now and has not been sick once. They seriously make it so easy I won't even attempt to look for another kennel

Been using this service for multiple years, maybe at least 7 years. Anytime I go on vacation this is where I take them. Never have had an issue. Also use the grooming services which is great. Will continue using them for as long as I have my pooches. Oh and one of my dogs is virtually blind and 14 years old so they take good care of him.

This is a great small business to support! Prices are fair and services are great! Kennels are spacious and daycare is a small group for extra comfortability for the dogs, especially for those that are easily overwhelmed. There are also fun parties and add-on treats! All the staff if highly experienced in dog behavior and care! Highly recommend

Amazing place to take your pups! They clearly show love and dedication to each dog they take in, and my dogs are always so excited to come here. Couldn't recommend anything better!

Have been taking my dogs to Best Friends for many years and they give them the best haircuts! Chelsea is our regular groomer and does an amazing job. The entire staff is extremely nice and they really care about all of the animals.
