Camp Bow Wow Columbia MD

I love camp Bow Wow. We are use to Pet Paridise in Florida but we are here for work temporarily and needed a spot for our dogs to get socialization. We went to another place first that was close to my work and we were not impressed. They did take good care of our dogs but no outdoor play and it seemed dirty. I won't share the name of that place. We then went to Camp Bow Wow and they have it set up so the dogs can go from inside to outside as they choose to. They also took their time during evaluation when the other place seemed like it was only 2 minutes. As well as we got to watch the evaluation by camera, with the other placed we were not allowed to watch. Staff also talked to us about any concerns and how they did. They also came out and told us how they did the rest of the day while staying there. Where the other place staff would sometime bring them out and say they loved them but never said anything about how they did. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Columbia, MD to anyone with pets. Very professional staff and the dogs loved it there. They came home very tired from playing.

I thought I would come back and review Camp Bow wow. Many changes have been made new owners new staff. Jeremy and Kenny are now running the place. It is clean the staff is happy and Camp bow wow is a great and safe place . For all you previous customer who left for the same reason I did. It is a safe place now bring your furbabies back. ❤️ Also their groomer is the best . Thank you Jeremy and Kenny

I love the convenience and accommodating attitude of the workers at camp bow wow. It’s a go to me for last minute doggie daycare. This would most likely be a 5 star review but for the issues below: 1. Observation cameras are essentially inoperative and crash and stall making checking in on your dog impossible. 2. Every single "extra" is monitized. Throw the ball for your dog, sure that’ll be $10, pet your dog, no problem $10. It seems like for $50 a day some of this should be included? 3. No communication about what my pet did or didn’t eat during the day. It would be nice just to know that key info so I don’t over or under feed my dog when I pick him up at the end of the day. If they could fix these issues, this place would be a home run..

Camp Bow Wow is a great place. Everyone is so kind and helpful My 10 year old dog feels safe there.

Camp Bow Wow is a wonderful place. They took excellent care of my fur baby, who is very shy. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. We will definitely be back soon.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Jeremy and David for their incredible support during a recent medical emergency with my dog, who has Addison’s disease. When I received the call from doggie daycare, I was understandably worried. However, knowing that Jeremy and David were there to take my dog to the vet gave me immense peace of mind. Their quick response and care helped ensure my dog received the necessary treatment promptly. It’s clear they are not only professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who prioritize the well-being of the pets in their care. Thank you both for your kindness and dedication! I am so grateful for everything.

Didn't receive a thorough report on Zara. When asked how she was, I was simply told..."she was great" long story short we were missing her bed and later found out she had shredded it the First night. The toy they said they'd misplace, found out that staff member threw it out because there was feces all over it . Now correct me if I'm wrong.... Shouldn't we have been Informed the day we picked her up? Very Disappointed... Our initial visit with you, during the interview, I informed them that this was her FIRST Boarding experience. You sent us a photo of Zara.... The photo showed she was Not A Happy Camper.
