Creekside Pet Center

First I want to preface this review with the understanding that I have owned dogs for over 40 years as an adult. My dogs are my family and I would and will do anything to keep them happy and safe. I have tried home visits and other "prestigious" kennels but nothing and I mean NOTHING compares to the comfort and security I feel leaving my dogs with Creekside Pet Center. I have been a client since 2018 and while I live in Columbia, I would drive across the state to board them here. Jacob and crew have consistently treated me and my dogs like family. They have laughed with us and cried with us. This April my spouse of 23 years passed away after an 18 month battle with cancer. She went into the hospital on the Sunday before Spring Break. We had our two labs already boarding but were scheduled to pick them up the next day. When I called and explained to Grace and Megan that she was going to need to stay in the hospital the only response I got was we’ll find room for the girls as long as you need. Tell Geri we’re thinking about her. Creekside and the entire staff removed any worry I had giving me the strength I needed to focus on Geri. I can never put into words the depth of my gratitude for their constant support that continues to this day. If you want a dependable, ethical, and safe space for your pets while you are away there is no better place than Creekside.

Creekside is the only place I trust for boarding my dog! He is a rescue from CMHS and his history has led to pretty bad separation anxiety. He can also be dog reactive and a little overprotective of his owners at times, but he does well there! They work with us to minimize his interactions with other dogs and keep him comfortable Every one I’ve interacted with has been very knowledgeable and kind!

We’ve been going here for over a year now. We really feel Creekside does the best job caring for our pups. We feel the cost and value of the services are appropriate. We appreciate that every employee seems to be held to a higher standard than other places & the employees are just great in general. Our dogs are happy when we drop them off and pick them up - and that means a whole lot more than our happiness with Creekside ever could 😍 we love the communication & how the staff always send us texts and pictures of our pups when we’re away! We also love sending our dogs for their daycare & their summer camp!

Summer camp was incredible! Wish I could have been a fly (or flea?) on Trudy's shoulder to experience what she did 😉 The staff at Creekside Pet Center continues to amaze me with their creative activities and their management of all those dogs! Love this place, and so does Trudy!

Creekside has been such a wonderful experience for my dog! When I say it’s time for daycare she sprints towards the garage and starts pawing at the door. She absolutely loves her time there. It’s such a great feeling to know she’s so well taken care of when I need to board her. All of the staff are wonderful & the facility is always so clean and well cared for. Highly recommend Creekside for daycare or boarding!

Creekside took great care of our dogs. Our dogs are both older and we were concerned about leaving them. They had wonderful facilities, sent correspondence and pictures, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. We felt much better having to leave them knowing they were in such good hands!

Creekside is the only place you should consider taking your dog for any boarding or daycare services. The staff is friendly and always attentive to my needs. Without Creekside, my dog would have no other option in Columbia for doggy daycare services. Creekside does not discriminate based on breed or other characteristics and welcomed my pet with open arms. You can feel confident your pet will enjoy their stay and be ready to go back!
