Central Bark Danbury

From day one - I love the Central Bark daycare for my Westie, Oliver. He is so happy and loves all his new friends. Carol and her staff are professional and fun interacting with the dogs. The facility is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend Central Bark for daycare/socializing your pups!

We boarded our Boston Terrier, George, at Central Bark Danbury for 2 weeks while we traveled. Carol and her team took such good care of him. George showed no signs of stress or anxiety upon our return. George is a finicky eater, and I was concerned he wouldn’t eat while we were gone, but Carol worked with him and got him to eat each day. I feel Very comfortable and satisfied with the care they provided. George goes to Daycare each Monday and comes home quite happy. I’m really grateful for everyone at Central Bark Danbury.

Central Bark in Danbury, CT is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, Carol and her team greets you with such warmth and enthusiasm that you instantly know your dog is in great hands. Drop-off is always smooth and welcoming, and it truly feels like the staff is just as excited to see my dog as he is to be there. Picking him up is just as great—the staff is always friendly, happy to see you, and ready with updates. You can tell they genuinely care about every dog that comes through the door. The biggest sign of how great Central Bark is… My dog Shaw goes crazy with excitement the moment he realizes it’s a daycare day. He knows exactly where he’s going and can’t wait to get there. That peace of mind is priceless. I couldn’t recommend Central Bark Danbury enough. Carol and her team is incredible, the energy is positive, and they treat your dog like family. 🐾

We are so happy that we found Central Bark. Our younger dog loves going to daycare each week. His behavior has really improved since going to Day care. We also board both our dogs when traveling. They are so comfortable staying here. Carol and the central bark team, keep us updated on how they are doing while they board too!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Central Bark Danbury. From the very beginning, the staff took the time to thoroughly go over all of our dogs’ care instructions, making sure medications and feeding routines were followed exactly as requested. That attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. They also went above and beyond by setting our dogs up in a larger kennel so they could stay together and remain comfortable and relaxed. Knowing they weren’t separated made a huge difference for us. One of the best parts was receiving daily "report cards" complete with pictures and videos. Seeing how happy and well-cared-for our dogs were each day helped us truly relax and enjoy our trip, knowing they were in great hands. We are so grateful for the care, communication, and compassion shown to our dogs and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, attentive, and loving place to board their pets 🐾

Carol and her staff took the time to get to know his personality, respected his boundaries, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. I especially appreciated receiving daily pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and reassurance that he was happy, relaxed, and being cared for with love and attention. When I picked him up after 20 days, he was calm, content, and clearly well cared for, something that means everything to me as a rescue dog parent. It’s obvious that this place truly cares about the animals, treating them not just as pets, but as family. Thank you Carol for providing such a loving, safe, and trustworthy environment. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Central Bark! I recently boarded my precious Cockapoo, Lila, while I went on an extended vacation, and the entire experience gave me such peace of mind. As a true "Dog Mom," I was nervous about being away for so long, but the staff here made it so easy. The facility is exceptionally well run, clean, and organized, but what really sets them apart is the way they treat each dog like family. I could tell right away that Lila was not only cared for, but genuinely loved during her stay. She came home happy, healthy, and her sweet personality was just as bright as when I dropped her off. Knowing she was in such good hands allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away. I am so grateful to the amazing team at Central Bark for going above and beyond. Lila and I are both looking forward to her next visit!
