Posh Pet Resorts

This place is amazing for boarding and daycare. We’ve been looking for a place to take our anxious 8 month old puppy when out of town and after trying several different places that were just not the right fit, we are so happy we tried Posh!! When we dropped her off at Posh for the first time, the staff was so sweet and accommodating in making us feel comfortable. They answered all of my many questions about how they care for the dogs and took me on a tour of the facilities. You can tell they truly know and personally care for each dog they have in their care. When I picked her up the next day, it was a completely different experience than other boarding places. They were able to tell me exactly how she had done in the kennel and what dogs she played with- this has not been our experience anywhere else. Our puppy was excited for a few minutes when she first saw us, but once we got in the car she was so calm and not stressed out and even SLEPT on the way home! We are blown away and so happy with our experience with Posh Pet Resorts. We will be long time customers!

This was my first time kenneling my dog here, and I don't know if I can come up with enough words to describe how kind, compassionate, accommodating, pleasant, friendly and patient they are. I was out of town and was held over three days longer than expected, but found this out day to day. The staff was so kind and did not hassle me in any way each time I called for one more day. Gavin came home happy and not stressed out. I know he was more than happy to be home, but I don't think he would be upset if he had to stay there again. They treated my dog like they would want their own pet treated if they were kenneled. Thank you Beaston! P.S. they don't mind you calling, just to ask how your pup is doing, very sweet.

I've been using Beaston since they were Pet Pals. Very clean, they keep track of all your dogs belongings. I trust them totally. The play time is wonderful. A friend and I used to take our dogs the same day!

I’m new to the area and decided to enroll my boxer puppies into daycare . Leah & Razi, they absolutely love it and get excited every time we pull into the parking lot ! The workers are very kind, accommodating, and make me feel very comfortable with leaving my babies there for daycare everyday. Thank you POSH for being GREAT!

I chose to board my dogs there overnight. I brought my own blanket,treats and toys. When I went to retrieve my dogs at checkout, my dogs were in a small cage with all the personal items sitting on top of the cage. I would not recommend this to anyone. I felt deceived about how my dogs would be cared for. My dogs were left to sleep on unpadded mesh beds.

I had to board my puppy for a week. I had called and toured a number of facilities in the Quad Cities and my favorite, thus far, was Posh Pet Resorts on River Drive. I had called and asked a bunch of questions and Kim answered everything fully and completely. Kim took very good care of my baby girl while I was away. I do wish they were open later than 6 though and that puppies had an opportunity to go potty again around 9 or 10 before bed. Kennels were clean and they did not smell of chemicals or urine. I love it that the puppies get doggie Daycare included with their boarding. She had so much fun playing that I would imagine she slept very well at night. I was pleased that they offered Facebook photos posted throughout the day corn doggy day care. However they do not post photos on the weekend. I would request that they start posting photos on the weekend too as well as have at least five photos of your dog. Some days there would be one photo of my dog and other days or might be four. However installing a webcam 4 exclusive customer access during Doggy Daycare hours would prove most beneficial overall. Facilities and Iowa City Cedar Rapids and Des Moines offered this type of access. It is a feature I would like to see here in the Quad Cities. A new login password could be generated each week and only paying customers should be allowed access.

Used their daycare services for one month. I picked up my dog covered in urine one day and covered in fecal matter another day. No compensation, no help, only a "free bath".
