The Dog Stop - Deerfield

Was on vacation for 5 days and absolutely recommend the dog stop! My sweet Kona had a blast! I loved receiving emails each day with photos. The team is the best; so nice and really on top of everything! Thank you TDS team!

Where do I begin?!! We have been going to THE DOG STOP for years, but they just continue to exceed my expectations! We were 15 minutes late past closing last night due to a flight delay. I spoke to several members of the team who assured me that they would wait so I could get my timid dog out of boarding. I didn’t even ask, they OFFERED! Plus, they had groomed him later in the afternoon so he was fresh and clean for pickup. Evie is a rockstar! Went above and beyond-so kind and sweet-stayed late and even gave him extra treats! Sarah, the general manager called me today as a follow up….service is just second to none!

My dog Espresso gets SO excited every time we arrive for daycare, he can’t wait to go in! I love being able to watch him on their live camera and knowing there’s always staff supervising playtime. Their themed add ons throughout the year (lick art, holiday photo shoots, costume contests, etc.) are adorable, and the team is incredibly kind and clearly loves the dogs. I’m just patiently waiting for their next promotion so I can buy daycare days in bulk and have Espresso go even more! Highly recommend 🙂

We are so happy with The Dog Stop in Deerfield! This is only our second day bringing our puppy, Olive, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team is incredibly friendly and caring — you can tell they truly love what they do. They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. We really appreciate the extra care and attention they give her at this young age. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands and having fun while we’re away. A special shoutout to Christian for his wonderful customer service — he’s so professional, kind, and attentive. Truly 10+ service all around! We’re so glad we found The Dog Stop — it already feels like a second home for Olive. Highly recommend this place to any dog parent looking for a safe, loving, and fun environment for their pup! 🐾❤️

I thought the organization and structure worked great. Minus the short time period when my dog was in the kennel due to the belief that he was intact and separating him from other dogs; Despite the fact that he is indeed neutered😂. The customer service was very friendly. I think the price is reasonable, but not for multiple times a week, each week.

Lola loved the dog friends and activities. I was most pleased with everyone I encountered and in leaving town last week felt very comfortable that Lola was in good hands. Upon being delayed with airline cancellations and delays, was confident that your agents took care of the extension of Lola''s stay and my son was able to pick her up and all was well. She is tired but happy dog today! Thank you

We had our three dogs stay for a night for the VIP boarding. We are so incredibly happy with how well run this place is and what great care they took of our dogs. We will be bringing them all back very soon. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to everyone!
