Club Canine Boarding and Grooming

I have used Club Canine for years and have been frustrated for years. The only reason I kept going back was they were the most affordable in town. I won’t make that mistake again. The front office is always complete chaos. The manager is rude to her employees and the employees are not trained well. And my dogs always seem very upset when I come to pick them up. I have always been charged per 24 hr period. I was gone the 26th-30th. 4 nights total. I dropped off at 5pm on the 26th and picked up at 5pm on the 30th. That is 4 24 hour periods. This time around they charged me for 4 nights plus 12 hr Daycare since I did evening pick up. I explained this made no sense and their website even says they charge per day (which normal places would count as per 24 hr period). They said this is the way they operated and could not provide a reasonable explanation as to why they now charge this way. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and will Never recommend Club Canine.

Sadly, I would advise anyone to avoid this business. Recently I boarded my dog there for a week. At some point during that time she was injured (her hips and tail). When I picked her up, the staff said there had been no issues or incidents. However, I noticed that she could not sit on her haunches, move her tail, and her appetite was diminished. Upon visiting the Vet I found that she had lost 5 lbs, (in one week). I reached out to the business via email and a phone message - but never heard back from the owners at all. I don't know if the owner never received my messages, if they simply do not care, or if they do not have good oversight of their staff. But... the extreme weight loss, and my dog being in obvious pain should have been noted and communicated to me. Clearly, this business does not have surveillance cameras in the dog run area - and they do not keep a feeding log of the pets they are boarding. A full month later, and my dog is still not the happy, playful dog I left under their care. Definitely would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Took both of my dogs here for the first time ever bring a pet to a kennel. They were absolutely wonderful! One of my dogs ended up not being happy once we left and all of the staff was very professional and understanding. They were available every time we called to check in on them! Would 100% recommend!

I have used Club Canine over the years for our two Aussies. Just picked them up on Sunday after being boarded for a week and they looked awesome. They had both been bathed and were happy pups. Thanks again for providing great care for my dogs!

My husband and I are going to bring our pearl there June 28. We wanted to make a dry run-to the club canine & boarding and grooming and it was very easy to get there. I know they were closed. I’m really happy that our pearl is going there and I know she’s going to be very well taken care of. I talked to the staff a couple of times on the phone and they are very nice, even though I did not meet them in person yet. they made me feel very welcome. And I know pearl is going to have a wonderful time there.😊 my husband and I took our pearl June the 28th to July the 6 they took excellent care of pearl and they are very attentive. and they go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. She is a diabetic and they made sure she had all her medicines and I would not take pearl anywhere else they even sent me a picture of pearl❤️.

Very pleased with this service. I boarded my dog for 7 nights. I thought the price was fair, and I felt comfortable leaving her. She had her own kennel with access to the outside for quick potty breaks if she needed it. I liked that the dogs were all separated. They even trimmed her nails (for a few of course, which I also thought was reasonable). Overall, I recommend this if you're looking for boarding services.

Great place to bring your fur baby to get groomed. We were looking for a place to board our 3 kittens for 2 weeks in Feb 2024. The area where the cats are looked very nice. Was clean and even had some windows so cats can look outside if they want. Will update in 2024 to say how it went. Joy is our preferred groomer been going to her for years. wherever she goes we follow. She is that good. The only person we will let groom our chihuahuas. 2024 update: have used them on 2 trips this year on for 10 days and the other for 5 days. our cats love them and the staff love our cats. so we will continue to board them at club canine every time we leave town.
