I have left my dog several times in the last couple of years for an extended length of time. The staff is very friendly and my dog is always well taken care of. I can check on her every day in the playyard through their cameras. They even put a dog sweater on her when it was chilly outside! The drop-off and pick-up times are convenient too. I never worry about her when she is there. Don't hesitate about leaving your fur baby with them!

I left my dog for 5 days. When I picked him up the blonde lady standing outside by her car said "oh thank God that dog barked the entire time". My dog is a rescue that had been through a lot before I got him. He weighs 10 lbs. This is the very first time I have every left him. I called every single day and was told how great he was doing. Now I wonder if he was treated well or not. Also, when I checked the place out a lot of dogs were barking, when I dropped my dog off a lot of dogs were barking, and when I picked him up they were barking but apparently him barking was an issue.

Quotes or bids don’t mean anything with this company Dropped off three dogs from Thursday to Sunday. They gave me a quote and wrote it down. I verified it before dropping them off. Had my daughter come back and pick them up and she was charged $40 more than what was quoted We were told by a confused Individual that a quote is just an estimation. I wish I can use that excuse with my customers in another business🫣 Instead of literally making thousands in the future with us, they wanted to dig their heels in and not suck up their mistake. Not a very good business decision but again I don’t run their business One things for sure in any business there’s somebody else in town willing to take your business so that that’s where we’re going On a good note. I would say they’re nice people just bad at business

At first, I was reluctant to send my special needs dog here because of the mixed reviews. Unfortunately, I was in a bind and had to leave town. Luckily, they took really good card of my special needs dog with all her issues and medicine. They fed her hot chicken and rice when she didn't have an appetite for her regular kibbles. They even called or emailed me about how she’s doing! The team really loved on my dog! I really like being able to see my dog on the web cam during the day. The pick-up hours are way more accommodating than my usual place. I was not charged for playtime when my dog did not feel like leaving her kennel. When I picked-up my dog, she was clean! Thanks for making me feel less guilty about leaving my special needs dog for a week.

My dog Zooey has been coming here for daycare since March and she loves it.

Nigel always seems well adjusted and happy whenever we pick him up from boarding. Great staff that care about the animals!

My mother-in-law has been bring her 4 fur babies here for a few years now. We have never had a bad experience, and the fur babies are always eager to walk into the doors if it's a time they have to stay; they generally stay for a week and not just day stay. Digging Inn Pet Resort handled meds perfectly, and we trust them. They even provide cameras allowing fur parents to view the action I'd the dogs are out during day play. I highly recommend. They are responsive to all calls and questions; they call if there were any concerns (they only called once because we'd not provided enough dog food, and they had good quality food on hand for a minimal amount). Don't hesitate. If you've made it this far in my review, let me assure you, your babies would be in great hands. God bless!
