It is understatement when I say my dog always ends up looking happier and more confident after boarding with Paws in Paradise. I've left my dog there for a week at a time a few times and she comes out with a glow. My dog, Sweety has separation anxiety and is very supported by the staff (as she LOVES to get in between their legs lol). It is great they have strict requirements for vaccines and a negative fecal test which gives me more reassurance that she won't get sick. It's good she gets to meet other dogs there too as they have plenty of play time and socializing. The staff are very in tune with each pet and tailor the way they go about interacting with them too which is great to know it isn't a one size fits all. It really looks like they try to understand every dog that comes through their doors to really specialize their experience. Highly recommend. If price is a concern, I'd go bulk and get the 10 day package since you pay much less per visit and it's good to have for weekend/week long trips in which you know you'll be using it up for the year.

Paws In Paradise is hands down my dog’s favorite place. The second we walk in, the staff welcomes him with so much love treating him like he’s part of their own family. They take great care of the dogs and it really shows. My dog never wants to leave, it usually takes me a few minutes just to get him out the door because he loves them all so much! Knowing how happy and well cared for he is makes me feel completely at ease leaving him there. I can’t recommend them enough. There is a doggy daycare 5 min from my house but I travel the extra 15 min to go to paws in paradise because they are just that great!

I took my newly adopted senior dog here because he was a regular with his previous owners and I am so thankful that I did! I was nervous about my first trip where I had to board him as he’s an older guy but he was greeted with so much warmth and friendliness that he was immediately at ease coming back to a place he loves! I truly appreciate the care they gave him, including providing him daily medicine and ensuring he was comfortable. I also love the small business vibe where they truly get to know and treat the dogs like family. Thanks to the team for making Jaxipoo feel welcome!

I brought my newly adopted dog in for their daycare services and he was treated with so much care and love that on just his second visit he was practically jumping out of the car to run inside. The staff is so friendly and just wonderful, and I love that I can check out the cameras to see my pup having fun throughout the day. I think their prices are very good, especially if you buy their packages. As a new dog owner I'm so glad I have somewhere to bring my pup and I know he's in good hands.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My sister dropped off her dog to see how it was. She texted me that she’s worried and sent me a photo of one of the cameras. One room with what seemed like all or almost all the dogs on tile floors with only one plastic ramp. No toys, no staff playing with the dogs. Nothing. I drove as fast as possible to pick him up and on my way my sister sends me photos of the other rooms. Same thing, no toys or anything. I get there and the staff are ok. Nice sure but looked like they didn’t care to really be there. Put yourself in those dogs place, would you like to be stuck in a room with tile and only one chair with nothing to do all day? No you wouldn’t. My sister’s dog gets more enrichment when he’s at home alone than at this place!!! This is not ok. I feel so bad for those poor dogs.

I have to start off by saying my rescue dog has major separation anxiety. I was nervous to leave him with a facility or anyone, really. PNP really made him feel as comfortable as possible upon check in! The staff is friendly and most of all the establishment is CLEAN and disinfected throughout the day! You get access to cameras to watch over your pup interact with other dogs in the play area. They also have single suite/room options if your dog is not sociable and also doesn’t do well in crates. Overall, I really feel comfortable knowing my anxious doggo is in the best hands whenever I have to travel !

So my review goes back several years ago, so I can only hope this business has improved since then. We did not have the ability to tour the facility prior to booking 5 days of day care for our dog as we live out of state. Should have. The staff appeared very sweet and friendly and so nice with our dog upon drop-off. All appeared fine the first day, other than on the camera access we never actually saw OUR dog, just a loop of a rather bare room with many dogs aimlessly wandering around and 1 not interacting staff. We were told at pick up that our dog spent the whole time on a staff person’s lap. The only way that would have happened is if she was with large dogs that frightened her (she loved the small dog dog park at home!). She panicked when we tried to drop her off day #2, so we went early to pick her up. Arrived and all the young staff were sitting outside, clearly surprised to see us. They went in and got her out of a tiny cage(perhaps 3’x3’?) in a totally dark kennel, filled with whining and barking dogs of all sizes. We were told it was "nap time". Terrible experience and our dog has never been able to be in a crate or cage (for grooming appts. ) since. Needless to say, we did not use our remaining 3 days.
