Park Vet Boarding & Spa

We have taken our pets to the vet practice next door for years and have been very happy with the care they receive there. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the boarding facility. We boarded our dog for the first time this weekend hoping that, since Park was familiar with her, she would have a good experience. I was worried about boarding a Dalmatian to begin with because of the energy levels. Our dog also has separation anxiety, as well as allergies. She was not given one of her allergy pills. We also noticed that she hadn’t been given 2 cups of the food we left with her (she eats 3 cups a day). The staff informed us at pick up that she hadn’t pooped the entire time. Her bed was wet at pickup - this was initially not concerning because she will paw and push her water bowl due to stress, boredom, or just to check for water. However, as soon as we got home she drank about a quart of water, which tells me her bowl was not being refilled often enough at the kennel. This is completely unacceptable for any dog, but Dalmatians have additional issues associated with dehydration. Overall our girl was fine, but I shudder to think about if our trip had been any longer. On top of all this, we had to ask the staff to retrieve almost half of her belongings they hadn’t collected in her container. We will not be using this boarding facility again.

My dog Kali has been to different facilities before and it's always a hassle getting her to get out of the car and go in. She normally hates it. After my second visit I noticed she would jump out the car and run right in. One day when picking her up Irene came out to greet me and had Kali. Kali is absolutely in love with her !! I mean she is a dog who was abused severely and normally will not connect with people, but there's something about her! Irene and I had an amazing convo where she gave me some advice about Kalis anxiety and had so much knowledge about her health, more than your average person. I CANNOTTTTT recommend enough!

Our fur babies haven’t boarded here yet but we are long time patients of the vet hospital next door. I toured the facility yesterday and it was beautiful. Arianna was so friendly and informative. I am very picky about who watches our dogs and where they go. I feel totally at ease scheduling them for boarding for an upcoming vacation! Thank you Park Vet!

This place was so great and caring, especially with our nervous pup during her spa day. Extra kudos to Hogan & Arianna. I can’t believe we are the first to review but I’m glad to give you your first star!

This is an amazing place. They took great care of our little guy Midget when we boarded him. The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and love what they do

I don’t know how they’re able to make my dog smell fresh and good but they do a very thorough job for a reasonable price!
