Phenomenal day care and boarding. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Madeleine, Katelynn and Melissa in the front desk are fantastic & helpful. Our yellow lab puppy Olive is always excited and happy to go in. You receive daily pictures of your dog (even on weekends) when your pet is boarded. María and Juan (owners) are not only skillful animal trainers and lovers themselves, but make sure they train and hire competent and animal-loving workers as well.

Daily photos provided us with reassurance our doggo was happy and playing with new dog friends. They even gave her a little birthday celebration!!! 🥹🙏🎉

I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. I have a severely dog-reactive (senior) dog who has been unable to participate in daycare, or even play dates, without extremely close supervision for about two years now. The Pet Wagon crew was able to get her into a play group with other dogs safely. They were extremely proactive in wanting to help her and allowing her to be like any other dog while staying with them. They also send photos and updates, which is important to me. And the price is beyond fair, IMO. I unfortunately need to board my dogs somewhat often because of my line of work, but bringing them here gives me such peace of mind, it is no longer a problem or anxiety-inducing for me. I have used (not exaggerating) over 15 boarding/daycare facilities, across several US states through the years, and The Pet Wagon is in my top three favorites, and I cannot stress enough how great they have been with our dogs. TL;DR: Absolutely amazing place, ten stars, no notes.

We are so grateful for the Pet Wagon Hotel! The daycare service is amazing and so helpful when my partner and I both have busy days. All the staff members are fantastic and our dog loves coming here!

I relocated to the area a few months ago and found the Pet Wagon from positive Google reviews. My dog is normally very vocal if he is distressed in any way and displayed unwanted behaviors at home when he had a bad boarding experience at a different facility- however, he is always relaxed when I pick him up from the Pet Wagon, which reassures me he is content and well taken care of. The staff is professional, communicate well, and are great about sending pictures, even when he’s just there for a few hours for daycare which is much appreciated!

We have an older cat that requires special care, and they were excellent with her. She's usually pretty particular about the company she allows, and from all accounts she was delightful with them, even better than we are accustomed to at home; which pictures, sent to us daily, seem to corroborate. This left my wife and I very happy with our experience, and I very much see us trusting them with our pets in the future as well.

The Pet Wagon is the only place I trust to board my 9 year old golden retriever, Clover. I travel an hour and a half specifically to bring her to this location because of the great experiences we have had with them. Clover has separation anxiety and hates to be in kennels. The rooms they have for the doggos are cozy and they do an amazing job at loving on her while she's there. She always is so tired after her vacation at the Pet Wagon from playing so hard! I definitely recommend them for your boarding needs! I wished I lived closer and could use them for day care.
