The Fur Seasons: Pet Hotel & Grooming

First time getting my dog groomed here, and the staff was so caring and attentive. I really felt safe and comfortable leaving my little girl Canela. Her after/before photos are posted, they listed to exact request with what I envisioned for my dogs haircut. She has no more crazy bed hair! Her paws and face were trimmed, her nails felt rounded and cut correctly(no quick cut). The perfume and shampoo used smelled so good and left her so soft. I really appreciated the communication and accommodation that I received overall for my drop off/pick up. We recently boarded our dogs for 6 days and had the absolute best experience! 🐾 From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in great hands. We loved getting to see pictures of them running around, making new friends, and my personal favorite… the splash pad photos! ☀️💦 Any time I sent a message to check in, they responded right away and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our pups came home happy, tired, and clearly so loved during their stay. Absolutely amazing service and care. I can’t say enough great things about The Fur Seasons! From the moment I dropped my dogs off, I felt completely comfortable and confident they were in good hands. They’ve stayed here twice now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. What really stood out to me was how happy they were when I picked them up, tails wagging and what I swear were big smiles on their faces! That alone gave me so much reassurance that they were well cared for, loved, and treated like family while I was away. It’s such a relief knowing I have a place I can trust with my pets. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and reliable boarding option.

The fur seasons is a wonderful place for your pups! My experience was wonderful. The staff has great customer service. They were all attentive to Wranglers needs! I appreciated getting updates throughout the day. If I had a question I was able to send the staff a text and the response was quick. Thank you Juan for creating this space for our fur babies!! My doggie Franklin has the best time going to the fur seasons for daycare!!! They always treat him very kindly, and are very safe when allowing different pets to meet each other. It is well organized and I am always satisfied and very comfortable leaving my fur baby there! The owner answers any texts throughout the day, and they constantly update you with pics of your pet! He has also gotten groomed there and prices are AFFORDABLE, and worth it!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

We are brand new to El Paso and recently had to make a trip out of state for the weekend. I found The Fur Seasons in a pinch of time and I’m so glad that I did. Booking was super easy because you can do it all online through their website. Juan (the owner) is very responsive and always eager to answer any questions you may have about your pets stay or the other services they provide. All of the staff I have encountered have been very friendly. They uploaded pictures of our dog, Bear, while he was staying with them, which put our minds at ease while being away from him. We also used their grooming services recently as well, which are very reasonably priced, especially for how large our dog is, and our boy looked great. They do also offer a military discount, which is always an added bonus, and they offer cat boarding as well which I thought was pretty neat. Definitely check them out! 🙂

We have been utilizing their daycare, boarding and grooming services for Sangria since January. Sangria is always excited to go to daycare and they really treat her like their own. We love that they pair up pups for play depending on their energy levels and take great care to introduce new friends to each other! Their prices are super reasonable for all of their services for the high level of care that your pup receives. For boarding they have a luxury option that gives them a little suite with a tv for their comfort🥺 we never feel nervous leaving her with them. We feel so lucky that we found The Fur Seasons!
