Wooftopia NYC

I cannot recommend Wooftopia enough! This was Bailey’s very first boarding experience, so I was pretty nervous at first since he had never really interacted with other dogs before. But the moment I dropped him off, I could already tell he was in great hands — Bailey looked so comfortable with Katie right away. Katie is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and clearly genuinely cares about every dog she watches. As a first-time puppy owner, she gave me so much helpful advice. During Bailey’s stay, Katie consistently sent photo and video updates, and I could see Bailey having so much fun and safely interacting with the other dogs. She even clipped his nails and cleaned his ears at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. You can tell Wooftopia treats every dog with so much love, care, and attention. I’m so grateful for such a positive first boarding experience for Bailey, and I already know Wooftopia will be our go-to daycare and boarding place moving forward!

I don't usually write reviews. However, I'm so thankful for Wooftopia. Katie took great care of my puppy. She kept my 4 month old huskie for an overnight, sending me regular photos of all the fun she was having with her new friends. Wooftopia will be a regular home away from home for my doggie. We recently started taking our 7 month old pup to Wooftopia and he absolutely loves it. Katie is really great at communicating and keeping us updated with plenty of pictures, she's also given us great suggestions as new puppy parents all while providing great love and care for our boy. Katie took such great care of our 7 month old puppy. She was so shy at first and then she opened up each day more and more. We were so happy and comforted to know she loved being at Katie's. She enjoyed all the playtime with all her new dog friends and we could she how happy she was. We also got so many updates on her and pictures, she even clipped our dogs nails for us. It was a true pleasure to find someone who would love our dog as much as we do and give her so much love while we were away. We will definitely be returning customers, we're so happy we found Katie. Bixby can be really fussy when it comes to other people handling him, he took a liking to Katie pretty quickly, the treats certainly helped. My family was in a lurch trying to find a caretaker during a last minute travel emergency, we knew we could trust Wooftopia and they have been highly recommended by friends and family. I almost didn’t want to post this review because we wanted to keep their services for ourselves. Great care and attention was given to Bixby, and we have become regular customers.

Katie has been amazing with my newly adopted dog, Dakota. Dakota is always super happy at the doggy daycare, she doesn't ever want to leave. Katie was also so helpful with discussing who the best vets are in the area, what the best pet insurance was, etc. I was concerned when Dakota had diarrhea (not from being at Katie's) and Katie helped me sort out her food and that she might possibly have allergies. Katie is flexible with scheduling, her rates are reasonable, and she treats Dakota like one of her own. She sends me pictures and texts about my little girl all day while I am at work. I literally drop off my baby 5 days a week with her and I absolutely trust her with Dakota. She knows so much about different breeds, and definitely has knowledge of Australian Shepherds which not all people know about. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!
