Dia , is the absolute best. She took great care of my cat for 9 days. She had special room just for her with a window my cat could lay there and look out. She also has a secure fenced catio just for cats to enjoy the outside. Reasonably priced. This was first time I ever boarded an animal. I will definitely use her service again.

One of the most amazing options ever for boarding our fur baby. She is beyond spoilt and fit right in with Dina and her amazing home. My pup now looks forward to me getting out the suitcases! She knows where she is going on her vacation!!!

Dia took exceptional care of our cat, often giving updates throughout the 10 days we were gone. Lots of space for pets to go both inside and out and was great!

We left our baby Parker for 10 days and I knew he was in very good hands. I would get pictures of him everyday playing, napping and even getting vacuumed (he sheds a lot!) I’ve left my dog at a daycare franchise before and after 2 nights he would come back home sick and stressed from the amount of dogs they usually have; but not with Paw Pals! They always have a clean space for our pets and it seriously feels like a second home for our fur-babies. I loved how much they cared for Parker and will definitely go back on our next trip!

Dia is by far the best and most trustworthy person you can find in the area to take care of your furry family. She went above and beyond ever since I texted her. I had to go out of town and she was open to try to get Shay squeezed-in to her schedule, even with short notice. But she was so professional when doing it, she first asked to meet Shay for a temperament check, and then to confirm she would fit in with the current pack she was working with (she makes sure it's a safe environment for everyone). Once passing the test, Dia kept updating me daily with pictures and explaining how Shay was doing throughout the whole staying. I was feeling so anxious but Dia has such a complete process developed to safely take care of dogs and cats and allowing them to also feel safe and at home that I had no other choice but to relax and fully trust in her. Dia's family is there too and they all work together as a team taking care of every guest. I was even jealous of my dog watching her having a blast! I'm serious, Dia is the best of the best. I would trust her every time to take care of Shay. She is really well prepared and so professional. Definitely knows what she's doing. Thank you Dia for everything. I know Shay can't wait to stay with you again!!!

We have found our new pet home for our travels! Caring, communicative, clean, responsive, attentive. I think my cat was spoiled and probably can't wait to go back, but that's okay by me! My daughter LOVED that the owner would send photos whenever she wanted one, as she missed our kitty very much! I also love supporting a single-parent small-business owner.
