Daisy's Downtown Pet Playground

Recently we boarded my two cattle dogs there but I returned early due to a death in the family. Not only did my older Heeler have Kennel Cough but our 6 month old puppy had 2 puncture wounds in his nose. There was zero acknowledgement of this or my circumstances. It was almost as if they were inconvenienced I had to get them early but im glad I did. Do NOT board your dogs here.

Looks like my old review got taken down… Do not take your dog here. Last year in October I took my dog to Daisy’s for boarding for a few days while I was out of the country. Once I came to pick him up, he had a swollen mass on his neck the size of a golf ball, that, not only did Daisy’s not tell me about, but they had NO knowledge of. They eventually looked back at their footage and he had been bitten by another dog and it had gotten infected. I understand dogs will be dogs, but for them not to even have KNOWLEDGE of it? They neglected my dog. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of their stellar groomer, and they offered a refund for his boarding to cover his vet bill (still had to pay more out of pocket, but at least it was partially covered) then offered credit to take him back in the future. I had been taking my dog there since he was a puppy, but I will never take him back there again.

I really appreciate that Ms.Hannah did for us. I was in trouble because I was turned away by another Daysy's. She has kindly done everything that she could do for us and finally found shot history of my dog. I'll come again when I need pet's daycare. Thank you, Ms.Hannah!

Dropped off my perfectly healthy dog to Daisy’s for boarding. Picked him up lethargic, and golf ball sized swollen lymph nodes from an infected wound on his neck from a bite. It was NOT noticed by staff until I pointed it out upon pick up. We were refunded, and that covered the $102 vet bill. However, I would have much rather just picked up my healthy dog. I understand accidents happen. Dogs get into fights, and that is no one’s fault. But my dog’s injury was not noticed, and we were not notified. We have been taking our dog to Daisy's since he was a puppy, and all was well. However, because of this neglect, we will not be continuing to use Daisy's services.

My pupper loves this place. He almost seems sad to come home when its time to leave. They treat him like one of their own and thats all I could ask for.

I found Daisy’s online a couple months ago. I started sending my 8.5 year old dog to them. He became a different dog in a good way! He LOVES going to daycare! He get so excited when we pull up. He knows the staff and is treated like one of their own. They boarded him while I was out of the country and we could see him daily on the facebook posts and twice Lezlie did video call with us so we could see him. We used the doggie Lyft a couple times and it was great!! He was always groomed there as well and Lezlie did an amazing job!! I cannot recommend this place enough!! When my dog needed some meds they gave them to him with no issues. We have only stopped using them because we moved out of state!!!! Your dogs will LOVE going to this place!!!!!! The look on the staff’s faces and my dogs face says it all! See pics. He is happy there! They are the ONLY ONES who we will use any time we are in town visiting family!!!!!

I had my retired K9 there for a day. They let me take her back and followed directions to keep everyone safe. It was my dog's first time ever in a kennel (she's nearly 7yrs old). I got to go back to pick her up. They're very kind, responsibly priced.
