Outstanding Experience and would totally Recommend! Do not let the looks deceive you!! Just dropped off our two dogs Marshall and Stella, and had an amazing experience from start to finish and can not wait to pick our pets up on Thursday. John was very polite when asking for us to wait by our car with our dogs to ensure that the owner picking up there before us and their dog at that time and us dropping off our dog were secure and given space in our transitions. Inside, John gave a full tour of the facility, taking time to explain everything and make sure we felt confident and comfortable. He went above and beyond to reassure my wife and me that our dogs would be well cared for. John spent one-on-one time with our pups, making sure they felt safe and welcomed upon entry and boarding. He also offered great recommendations for the local area, which was a thoughtful bonus and I made sure to pass the information on to my partner. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out—and he did it all with a smile. If you're looking for a trustworthy, clean, and caring place for your pets, this is it. Freshly painted, they love all animals there. Just solid good caring people. Full range of grooming, boarding and doggy day care!!! Cats, rabbits even ferrets welcome!!! Even horses.

Very nice staff. Cats were returned in the same (if not better) condition after three weeks. Which means that they howled at me the whole way home, the same way they howled at me going there. Changes to my pick-up schedule were handled promptly and with ease. Now if GPS worked as well...

Great pricing and wonderful customer service. My doggo absolutely loves staying here. The "play with other pups" options is highly recommended and well worth the minimal extra charge. The long car ride home after picking up my buddy is always silent. He's always so tired from so much interaction with other dogs and playing. Would recommend this place to everyone.

My pup loves it here. She thoroughly enjoys playing with the other dogs in a safe setting. I am a repeat customer many times over and will keep going back.

Was priced what was quoted! My dog looked so nice and was done the in the time suggested! Only issue is its so far from where I live!
