Dogtopia of Dallas - Inwood

Frankly, I never thought much about doggie day care... until Shasta came into our lives during the pandemic. I'd never had an escapee dog that roamed the neighborhood looking for friends--canine and human. We were at our wits end. Then my partner's sister recommended Doggie Day Care. We found Dogtopia right in the neighborhood and Shasta loves it. She goes three days a week, plays with all of her friends, especially Charlotte and she's good and warn out and less likely to climb the brick wall and roam the neighborhood. Happy dog, problem solved. We've even boarded her a couple of times and she's a camper. When she's happy, we're happy. I highly recommend it.

Since starting Dogtopia I've loved everything minute. I do think that who controls their social media needs to do a better job of updating on the daily. My dog is an individual at dogtopia not just a name. They spend a lot of time getting to know each dog and owner. They celebrate millstones, birthdays, all dog holidays, and have monthly events. I'm happy with her there and she's safe. The staff is great and it's nice to actually see the owners there in the building. As long as I live in the area she will be there!

I LOVE sending my dogs here! They have the best time. I can spy on my dogs via a special pup parents live feed, seeing how they interact with other dogs. The staff are wonderful with my pups. They greet the dogs by name and evenly distribute pets and scratches in the play room. (My photo is of one of three rooms. They try to group pups by size and energy level.) I'm a huge fan, and so are my dogs.

Dogtopia Inwood is the gold standard for dog care and boarding. When I take my golden in for boarding, he RUNS to whoever is taking him in. It is such a blessing to be able to travel and know that he is not only taken care of, but he's carefully watched and loves his time there.

My dog was temperament tested and accepted by Dogtopia. But when I took him to have a play day they kept him in a crate. He got to play 5 minutes. They said he was a bully yet other dogs were playing as rough or more aggressive than mine. The video is a great way to watch. DO NOT USE DOGTOPIA!

I have been taking my 6 month old Golden Retriever, Zoey, to daycare here for about 2 months. She LOVES IT!! The staff is great! I know Zoey is in the best care and will come home nice and tired! It also give me a break on days where I am really busy with work!

My dog absolutely adores this place and I feel he has never been neglected or been in an unsanitary or unsafe environment or not been under supervision of properly trained staff who truly care about the animals like with all the other places he has boarded with. Dogtopia truly stands out from dog daycares as my very shy and awkward in public dog has become a little tiny bit more socially functional. My dog never eats when he’s boarded or will eat maybe one time in 4-5 days finally when we are traveling, until he came here. I’m not sure how they do it, but he eats almost every day here as these guys really put in work to earn his trust and do it on his terms and I am amazed! He loves the staff here and looks as comfortable here, when I randomly spy on him through their website cameras, as he does if I was there with him and that makes me so happy inside to know he feels so safe there!
