Blessed Oasis Pet Resort

I have been with Blessed Oasis Pet Resort for over five years. The staff has taken care of our Wheaten Terrier for 2 years before his passing. They loved him as if he was their own and showed great sympathy over our loss. We now have a new dog who stays with them on occasion. She gets nervous easily and doesn’t like to be away from home. The staff from all levels treat Nanno so well. I can tell she is loved just by the way she looks when I pick her up. She can be energetic and a handful but the staff never judge. Instead, they greet her by her name and make her feel welcomed the moment we walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely caring. Of all the services I use during our time here in Fayetteville, Blessed Oasis is one that I am most grateful for.

Our Doodle "JuJu" was groomed by "Carlos" at Blessed Oasis today. He was a mess since his regular groomer has not been available for a while. Carlos did A FANTASTIC job on my sweet fur baby. His cut is perfect and everyone we spoke to and dealt with at the Oasis were the epitome of professional and courteous. We strongly recommend you entrust them with YOUR Blessed babies. We love Blessed Oasis and the love they give to our doggos while we are away! Out most recent stay was 14 days and we absolutely had no issues leaving them. While on our cruise we could see their day to day activities via the webcams, and the team worked to integrate them into daily play routines! 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Took our long hair chihuahua (Half Pint) here for the first time, staff was great facilities were clean and our groomer Carlos was awesome. We let him know what we wanted and he explained what he would do. Picked up our dog and she looked great, Carlos cleaned her up real good compared to the other place we had been taking her for a while. Needless to say we won't be going back to the old groomer. Carlos is our new groomer now.

Blessed Oasis has once again exceeded every expectation with Sir Bentley's grooming service. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated my pup like royalty. Sir Bentley came out looking absolutely flawless - his coat was soft, perfectly trimmed, and he smelled amazing. What really sets this place apart is the genuine care they show. They take their time, pay attention to every detail, and make sure each pet feels safe and relaxed. It's rare to find a grooming service that blends skill, compassion, and consistency so well. Blessed Oasis is truly unmatched, and Sir Bentley's grooming is now the gold standard for my fur baby.

The staff and accommodations at Blessed Oasis were amazing. Our Lyla was well taken care of and the staff are efficient and caring. we loved that she could walk outside at any time and had her own special space. We also loved that we could see her anytime with the cameras and she had her own TV. Her meds and meals were provided perfectly. Kudos to all of you for all that you do for now taking care of our third fur baby ❤️

I thought this place would be nice because I liked their policy of dropping off and picking up within the hour. But if I pay $120 for a full groom for my cat, I think it would be implied he would be given back to me dry. They said they did what they could do. I’ve been getting him professionally groomed since he was a baby and I have never been given him back like this. Face was not cleaned he still has boogers on his face, feet still have fur all in between his toes, smells great, and soaking wet. They said they don’t have the right dryers for cats…. I’m pretty sure they could buy one with what they charged me. I know they know they were wrong for this I would be embarrassed if this was my work. Still tipped 20% bc I’m not a jerk, but this is blowing my mind lol. They also never reached out to apologize for their shitty job which tells me a lot about them.
