The team here at Puppy love is great! They welcome my Doberman Gia with open arms during the four years of having her. My mother and myself made a great choice With choosing this place for a daycare for Gia, I look forward to being able to bring my next dog here!

I really love this place, the staff is amazing. I've taken my dog here for 5 years now. They are flexible, kind and my dog gets some playtime while getting groomed. I love the online appointment system. They're also so patient with my 12 year old doodle that is more lumpy and bumpy in her old age. She gets some gnarly warts and they are so good with being cautions and careful when they groom her.

My buddy, Gumbo, insisted on dictating this review since he's the one who stayed there and not me, so here's what he had to say Woof woof! I'm one happy pup, and I owe it all to Puppy Love! My human brought me here, and I've never felt so loved and pampered. Leslie and her team are pawsome! I even had a new fur sibling because we adopted one from here, and we're working on getting another. Double the fun! The groomers at Puppy Love are top dog! I always leave looking and feeling my best. And when my humans go away, I get to stay at their boarding, where they treat me like the king I am. The belly rubs, the tasty treats (drool), and the cozy beds make it feel just like home. If you're a pup looking for the best care, tell your humans to bring you to Puppy Love. It's the tail-wagging, best place to be, whether you need a spa day or a vacation spot. You'll be in the best paws ever!

I love Puppy Love so much! The owners and staff take the best care of your dog. They'll help your dog socialize and get better at being with other dogs, and I would so prefer to bring my beautiful dog to puppy love than have her alone all day at home. I can also travel for work and feel completely comfortable that she is loved by others while I am gone. The facility is beautiful, there are plenty of comfy spots for your dogs to rest and play, and it is a pleasure to go in there for drop off and pickup. It's not just a big, overly lit room where the dogs stand around all day. They put a lot of thought into the soothing lights, beds, nooks and crannies, scents, and sounds to keep the dogs as happy and comfortable as possible. There is no other place I would have my dog groomed either, because of the care and love they put into grooming. For me there is no better place to leave my floofy friend!

My dog, Copper, use to be a research facility dog so some of her social behaviours are unique to the typical domestic dog. I have an upcoming trip in the fall so I started to look for places this summer that I could trust with boarding her. When I started to look up places to consider visiting, this place really caught my attention; I noticed ALL the dogs look so happy at this facility online! I had a good feeling that this was the place to try. Luckily these pictures don't lie. The dogs I've met here are all very well-mannered and content, but most importantly the owner and staff are PHENOMENAL! We have had a few daycare trips so far and the team took amazing care of my dog! Copper had an incident her first visit, but everyone who worked here reacted very professionally to help calm her down. Her last two visits have not had any issue and she seems very happy when I come pick her up from daycare. I'm so happy she is starting to make friends with different breeds of dogs (new experience for her). I look forward to more daycare trips here and I am confident that they will take great care of Copper when I board her for a few days this fall.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Puppy Love in Ferndale, Michigan! My dog absolutely loves it here and has so much fun every single time she goes. The owners and staff treat her with the utmost love and affection, and it’s clear they genuinely care for every dog that comes through their doors. I’ve been bringing her here for several years now and have never had a single issue. The team at Puppy Love is truly unmatched in their dedication and kindness. They go above and beyond to meet expectations and ensure every dog is happy, safe, and well cared for. Their prices are also very reasonable, which is such a bonus for the level of care and service they provide. I can honestly say I would never take my dog anywhere else. Today after using this facility for over a year referred by someone who I trust snd had used them. I have been pleased with the care to my pet. I called to inquire about the fee for the week of boarding. The women I spoke with immediately called me greedy and caring more about my money. I told her I did want explanation I was offended that she called me greedy. She gave explanation and when I stated I did know some of she was telling me she got loud starting yelling and calling me the devil. Told me to shut up. I started laughing because I could not believe she was talking to me like that since I never raised my voice or called her out of her name. Her tone and behavior were inappropriate toward a customer. She finally hung the phone up on me. I will never use them again. I’m sad and hope wherever the issues she is dealing with is addressed.
