Hound Haven

I have followed the owner Jenn for more than 8 yrs now. She loves animals as much as I do and You will never have to worry if your fur baby is getting amazing treatment while your gone. Jen is fantastic. She does a great job bathing and grooming. My schnauzers for many years. She treats mine just like they were her own. I drive more than 20miles out of my way just to make sure my fur babies have the best treatment possible while being groomed. Her prices are reasonable and her services are irreplaceable.

We were in Franklin TN out of town from our home in Indiana, and Hound Haven did an excellent job at making sure our fur baby stayed safe and secure, thank you so much for your services Hound Haven...Keep up the great work you're doing!🥰😁💜🐕

My two dogs stayed for only one night. When I got there to pick them up my bill was $375 which I disputed and the girl realized they charged us for a suite and a kennel when we only wanted the kennel. So that was resolved and it came to $160. It was a holiday weekend so there were extras I was aware of but not $375 worth. Then she gave my dogs overnight bag back that still had food in it and I asked her if they were fed. She replied "oh I guess not". THIS WAS ONE NIGHT. All they had to do was feed them and make sure they were alive at the minimum. It’s 4pm and my dogs haven’t eaten. It keeps getting better, she brought my dogs out with my small collar strapped tight around my large dogs(32lbs) neck and my mini (11lb) dog had my large dogs collar on it. Clearly wrong. But again had no concern. My dogs basic needs were not met and them charging me full price is wild. *****Updated our review after speaking with the manager! She informed us that she called the employee who was in charge of the morning feed & stated the dogs were fed the community food. So they did end up being fed which was our main concern. She is talking with the employees about better communication as the girl who covered the evening shift was unaware of what happened before she came in. They also offered us 20% back. Overall very happy they took the time to personally handle our concerns.

When I was looking for a new groomer I asked around for recommendations and EV.ER.Y.ONE said Haute Dogge. No joke. And for good reason. We love them! When we first walked in my first thought was that it seemed a little loud and a bit crazy with dogs running all around, but then it donned on me... they aren't in cages. They're happy and relaxed and having a good time! This was huge for me since my pup gets anxious and had bad experiences at other groomers being stuck in a cage for hours on end. Not here. At Haute dogge my pup (whom i'm sure is not the easiest to groom -- by far) is done in about an hour. The groomers at haute dogge are super sweet and really care about the pups. We won't go anywhere else!

Haute Dogg gives adorable cuts and they're competitively priced which I very much appreciate. I don't love that all the dogs are wandering around the grooming room and have concerns about that. Additionally, each time I've picked up my dog, she's gone to the bathroom immediately upon reaching grass outside and drinks a very large amount of water once we get home. This has eroded my trust in how well she's being taken care of while there for the *several hours* she's waiting for her groom. As much as I want to love Haute Dogge, I can't take my dog to a place where her basic needs aren't readily met. I'd much prefer she get groomed at her scheduled time and/or have adequate access to the bathroom and water.

We love haute dogge! The environment is great, staff is great, shampoo is great, my dog always comes home clean and happy. 10/10 would recommend! So would Riley!!
