Brittney's Bark And Stay

I have been using Brittney’s Bark and Stay whenever my dog needs boarding for several years now. My Zoey absolutely loves to go there. She is greeted with open arms whenever we arrive. The staff are all wonderful with her. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

We have been bringing our two small dogs here for years for boarding services and grooming services. They take great care of them at Brittney's. The cost for boarding is reasonable and drop-off and pick-up times are convenient. I always rest assured that my dogs will be well-cared for here.

These folks are the best. We have been using Brittney's for over a year now when we go out of town. They are friendly and have great customer service. Our puppy has the best time and always comes home happy.

We love our groomer Lynita!! She is beyond AMAZING!!! My little guy (a Persian cat), hates having anything done to him and is very difficult, but Lynita is so patient with him and always does a great job, whether it’s a bath or a cut! I am forever grateful to have found her and appreciate this place so much! I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Both their prices and availability are great as well! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I have been bringing my dog and foster dog here for boarding and am very happy with their services. My dog as well as my sweet but very anxious foster dog always love coming here. It’s like they don’t want to leave! Lol They have fun playing with the other dogs and the staff is so friendly. Their toys and blankets always come back clean and washed. It’s hard for me to leave my animals when I have to go out of town but it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re well taken care of.

The first and last time my dog will visit this place. I had my dog stay for five nights to include a full bath and groom. Initially it was to me four nights but I extended a night and requested an additional night and asked for his groom to be the last of the day so he’d be nice and fresh when I picked up on Saturday. Apparently, they misunderstood as they called me to pick him up on the 4th day saying he was groomed and ready. I told them that I spoke with someone the previous day extending his stay and asked him to be bathed and groomed end of day. I ended up picking him up on a Saturday to which I didn’t know they give you certain one hour windows for pickup. It would’ve been nice to know this upfront. Whatever clippers or shampoo they used has caused major irritation to my dogs skin. I asked for a call back from the owner and it was never received. This has never happened even at Petsmart or Petco. Just beware pet parents. 🙁

The host at reception was super nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about her, mostly the opposite. The place looks good but we were surprised to find our dog after two nights with deep cuts on her mouth, supposly because she tried (and succeeded) to escape the wired kannel were she was staying. Also, we leave her with her favorite new blanket and we got it back with the blanket totally busted (wet and super dirty).
