Overall good experience with them with our two dogs, but have had some issues. We have used them many times over last several years for various long weekends and week long trips. Pros: nightly rates seem overall competitive, scheduling is convenient, communication has been good when needed Cons: the "à la carte" nature of the add ons makes the costs add up quickly and in my opinion are nickel and diming customers. E.g., giving my dogs CBD treats costs $2 each time - yet they’ll give my dog regular treats and greenies with their meals for no additional cost. $5.50 for a daily photo update is also excessive- they also don’t send a personalized update on how your pet is doing, it is an automated email that says the same thing every time.

I have been bringing my chocolate Lab mix for grooming for the past 5 years. My dog is nervous around strangers and tends to tremble & whine when we are not with him. However the groomer here has been caring, making sure to make him feel at ease. He comes back smelling good and all clean after his medicated shampoo bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushing & nail grinding. While there have been ups & downs in the past with staff, right now the front desk team is friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Samantha who is a groomer there.

The grooming service was exceptional! While they are predominantly focused on boarding and doggie day care the grooming services are hands down the best … Samantha and her team are excellent!!

Our dog, Stella, loves it here. Friendly staff and the report card at the end of the day is a nice touch. Can check on her with the available web cams as well.

Our little Frenchie loves Best Friends! She gets so excited when we drop her off and seems to have so much fun. She gets to enjoy running around with other dogs and is well cared for here! The grooming service is great as well!

Our cat Lulu was well cared for over 11 days and when we picked her up, she was still a very happy cat. That makes me very happy. I will take her back there if I have to travel and also I recommend this location to anyone who needs a pet boarding place.

I've boarded my Bicheon at best friends for the past 10 years. I'm happy with the staff and the convenience of the quick in/out service. They also have a partnership with my pets Vet so they can get updated shot records and medications online. That is a great service because it does not delay dropping off when I'm in a hurry. Another great service is the grooming. The groomers do an excellent job and it is always nice that he gets a bath before coming home. I highly recommend Best Friends for your pets boarding needs.
