They took excellent care of our cat, Biscuit, while we were away. Cats have their own room near the front desk, complete with a nice view. Since only one cat stays in the room at a time, Biscuit had plenty of space and a calm environment. I also want to mention their excellent communication. They responded to our emails promptly and kept us informed, which gave us great peace of mind.

I was super anxious and nervous because I’ve never boarded my dogs before. I work from home so they’ve literally have never been around people or animals they don’t know WITHOUT me. Junie takes some time to warm up for sure. Upon hearing my concerns, they agreed to do a two hour trial period and i’d be on standby if they decided it wasn’t a good fit. Well, at drop off my more complex dog immediately drifted to the owner, Perry which reassured me a little. There was no tension there. Once i saw that, we decided to go for a "practice" night if the two hours went well. I communicated my concerns and went with private play time (an extra $16/day but well worth it.) I called and was able to get regular updates. Your pet’s in good hands when at Kennelina!

Coming from very particular dog parents. We love Kennelina! So do our Pups. They offer a place where our dogs get to play several times a day and have fun with other dogs. They offer a nice place for them to stay in the same room during down times. They also offer a facility that we feel comfortable leaving our beloved pets at. The staff is very nice a friendly as well. My wife and I highly recommend this facility.

This was a first for us boarding our babies, we were very pleased with the care they received. Ozzy met new friends and Monkey enjoyed her alone playtime. We received pictures of them twice during our week of vacation. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they add cameras, so the parents are able to login and view their babies at play and inside the kennel.

We have booked our chocolate lab Moo Moo brisket pork chop here for four years! If we can’t take her with us this is the only place I trust to keep her. She recently went while we went on 8 day cruise and she had a hurt leg, they gave her medicine to her and assured me she was ok. They take great care of her, have excellent communication, and send me lots of pictures. Moo moo loves going here and goes behind the cash register likes she pays the building mortgage and is part owner. We love kennelina the only place for our brisket.

Beau and Willow recently stayed at Kennelina for 6 nights while we went out of town and they seemed to have had a great time! I really appreciated how attentive the staff was when we dropped them off - issues, special treats, medications, how much food, etc. Also, while we were away, they sent multiple emails with pictures of our pups enjoying play time and hanging out with other dogs. Also, when we did an initial tour of the facility, they showed us everything -- some places don't take you back to where the dogs actually stay, so I appreciated this transparency. The staff is very friendly, personable, and our pups loved them. Thanks for having a great place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur babies!

As a lifetime dog owner who views our pups as a family member, leaving them behind is always somewhat of internal battle. Kennelina Pet Resort has been exceptional in all aspects of caring for our pups in our absence. Ken & Paty are extremely responsive and considerate with their time. I know that our dogs are not the only ones in their care but when I reach out for updates or with questions, they make you feel like your pets are the only ones in their facility! I would not consider Kennelina "local" to where I live, I drive one way for about 35-40mins past several other options to give Miller & Blue the best when I can't be there! You shouldn't hesitate to contact them if you have a need!
