Country Club Pet Resort

I had a very disappointing experience and unfortunately cannot recommend this facility. After my dog stayed for four nights, he came home with clear shave/scissor marks on his back and hind legs. I did not ask or pay for any grooming services. I was given conflicting explanations from staff - one stating he got caught under a gate, and another suggesting rough play with another dog. This inconsistency and lack of ownership has left me feeling confused and concerned about the level of supervision and transparency. I was also made aware of a hazardous area in the small-dog play space, which had not been addressed. While I did receive a partial refund for Monday’s daycare, the situation remains unresolved. I have not received the refund for his bath as promised by the owner, and there was an additional $18 charge posted to a different card on file without explanation. I followed up via email and have not received a response for several days. Overall, the lack of clear communication, accountability, and follow-through has been frustrating. I trusted that my dog would be safe and well cared for, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I have included photos. We had our first experience with Country Club Pet Resort with our 5 month old Bernadoodle yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Our pup is normally timid of other dogs, but she was gently eased into the routine by a very caring staff and she came home happy and blissfully wiped out.

We love Country Club Pet Resort. We've used them for doggy daycare, boarding and grooming for the past year for our Australian Cattle Dog Freya. We've been very pleased with all their services and feel their prices are reasonable. Their online scheduling platform is user friendly and they are very good at communicating via email in a timely manner anytime we have a question. Freya loves all their employees and loves spending time there.

Our dog received a deep bite while playing at the Country Club Pet Resort. Since there was little supervision, no one can say which dog bite him. Pet Resort is taking no responsibility. Plus blaming him isn’t cool. We are out almost $400 with tranquilizers. Our dog is in a cone for 7-10 days. He can’t go swimming or bike/hike/running for 10 days. This is a real impact for our pup and us. We will never bring our dog back. Recommendation: 0%👎👎👎👎

Leo loves staying there. Plays hard and comes home tired. Staff always love on him and excited to see him. Highly recommend

This place is incredibly professional. They took great care of our two small dogs and accommodated our requests (I asked that they not be in the same play area as big dogs). They were on top of sending is pictures and updates throughout the day - this gave us so much peace of mind. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for daycare. We took advantage of the time in order to go hiking in Moab and were able to come back in time for pick-up. Thanks again!

I have been taking my cattle dogs to Country Club Pet Resort for over ten years. I take my dogs weekly for daycare which is a great break for me and for them! I also regularly use the boarding service, and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and treat my "boys" like their own. When I tell my dogs they are "going to school," they always get excited and can’t wait to get in the car. When I pick them up from "school," they are happy and tired. I love Country Club Pet Resort!
