On Point Pet Resort

This is by far the best boarding facility in the NKY/Cincinnati area. The level of service your pet receives is impeccable, it’s literally second to none. The staff here are elite with dog handling, and really care about your dogs well-being. My dog Rio has very bad boarding anxiety, and even some vets struggle with interacting with him. On Point Pet Resort was able to not only help Rio overcome his anxiety with leaving his kennel but was also able to take him for several play times, a tooth cleaning, and a bath! 🧼 I am absolutely amazed at how great this facility is with dogs. My dog had no sign of anxiety or stress at all when I picked him up, he had a big smile on his face and immediately passed out on the couch when he got home from all his play time. Thank you On Point Pet Resort, I wish I could give you guys 6 stars!

On Point Pet Resort is a great place to bring my cat. The staff is wonderful and take a lot of time caring for my Stella. I love seeing the good morning, play time and good night post. I board my cat for 9 nights twice a year while I am on vacation. It’s comforting to know she is well cared for❤️

I have been taking my pup to ON Point for sometime now and she loves it. She is always excited to be there when we arrive for daycare and boarding and they call her by name. When I pick her up she is in great spirits and happy. The entire team is so kind and they truly love animals - it's not just a business for them you can tell they care about your pet as if they were their own.

We are so grateful to have On Point in our community! Our Max stays whenever we travel. I trust your services so much! I love how you keep us updated with photos and comments! Max’s Dad and I feel so comfortable while he is there. He has an upcoming stay in a few days! He is excited to come to his resort for some me time! You guys spoil him rotten while he is there. We had an exceptional experience here for my dog’s first boarding and daycare experience. He did so well and had so much fun and was well taken care of while I was out of town for a days. We will be back!

I have used On Point Pet Resort for their boarding services, and it truly is such a pleasure knowing that my pup is in good hands! They are animal lovers and it shows. Everything is super clean, & all animals are required to be vaccinated. I appreciate that they take the initiative to post pictures of the boarded pups throughout the day, it helps put my mind at ease while I’m away. I have taken my cat here twice and both times have been great. They are attentive and really care for the animals.
