Our sweet baby boy got an amazing haircut today! The front staff was welcoming and friendly. The establishment was very nice and clean. I can’t say enough about our groomer, Deandra! She came out to meet our puppy and go over what we wanted. I could tell he would be loved and well taken care of! Thank you for the great service!

Fantastic boarding experience for our fur baby! Palms resort is exceptionally managed and compassionate offering both boarding and outstanding grooming services. I had a really positive experience with this pet daycare and boarding facility. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. From the moment we arrived, they made both me and my pet feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve boarded at other places before and non compare to The Palms. Will recommend to all my pet parent friends!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from end to end. Tanner and staff took such good care of Chill! That guy is a stud! He is like the Michael Jordan of running pet resorts! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been getting my standard poodle groomed here since he was a puppy and the staff does an amazing job! I have tried other groomers but the work they do for the price is unmatched. I have also used their Playcare and training services. Both are a great resource and I highly recommend!

Really nice staff! We got a tour and the staff are constantly cleaning and taking the dogs out for walks and activities. We are very comfortable at leaving our dog here while on trips.

The Palms resort is a spotless, beautiful facility with people who are amazing - it has a great vibe. We are in training classes onsite with our dog , and the classes are fun, incredibly well- organized with every detail managed for pet safety and to create an optimal environment for our pet to learn.
