Pampered Pet Inn

My dog absolutely loves going to Pampered Pet Inn! She has separation anxiety so we take her there several times a week so she isn’t alone at the house. She gets so excited in the car on the way there - we can tell she has a blast there. We have also found the staff to be very responsive and professional. We have seen them monitor and promptly address behavior issues, they ensure all dogs are up to date on vaccines, and they answer all of our questions. Highly recommend this place.

I have been taking my dog to Pampered Pet Inn for about a year now for boarding, grooming, and daycare! She loves going and I always feel good leaving her there. Her favorite part is definitely doggy daycare. Would recommend! The staff is also always so kind and helpful. Kirby loves them!

"Two Paws Up from Lady & Joe!" Hi, we’re Lady and Joe, and we just wanted to let every dog (and their humans) know… Pampered Pet Inn is our favorite place ever! From the second we trot through the doors, everyone knows our names, gives us pets, and tells us we’re cute which, obviously, we love. The staff treats us like family. They make sure we’re comfy, happy, and getting all the attention, walks, and playtime we need. We get to run around, meet new friends, sniff all the good smells, and nap in cozy clean spaces. We never feel bored or lonely here ,there’s always someone ready with a treat, a scratch behind the ears, or a cheerful "hi babies!" Our mom feels totally at ease leaving us because she knows we’re actually having a mini-vacation. The team sends updates, notices little things about us, and just genuinely cares. If you’re a dog reading this: tell your human to take you here. If you’re a human reading this: trust us your pup will thank you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pampered Pet Inn! They have been absolutely amazing with our Dalmatian, Festus—he truly loves his PPI family. Every time we walk in, we’re greeted with smiling faces and such genuine kindness. The facility is always very clean, and their customer service is top-notch. They offer boarding, grooming, and even a shuttle service (just be sure to call ahead since they have a distance limit), which has been such a blessing for us. I’m currently going through treatment at MD Anderson, and knowing Festus is in such loving, capable hands makes everything so much easier. What really sets them apart is their heart. During the hurricane, they went out of their way to call and check on us—offering water and even to pick up Festus since they had electricity and we didn’t. That kind of care and compassion is rare. They are truly the nicest people, and I’m so grateful for everything they do. We will always choose Pampered Pet Inn and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, loving place for their fur babies!

Came by this location at 8:50 at night and seen a cat sitting in the window with absolutely zero lighting at all in the room with the cat it is locked in there. It cannot get out and the only thing in the room with the kitten is a litter pan. There’s no water there’s no food there’s absolutely nothing. Also, the place is closed. There’s no one at work. I try to knock on the door because I was trying to board my two cats while I took a flight. So that tells me that there’s a cat locked in this small room with no ventilation with no food, no water and only a litter pan!

I had an excellent experience with this dog day care, and I want to specifically recognize Bryce, who truly stood out. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and it was clear he knew everything about the facility and all the details involved in my dog being there. He took the time to explain processes, answer questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident. His professionalism, manners, and respectful attitude were exceptional. Honestly, Bryce was the main reason I became interested in bringing my dog to this company. Employees like him make a huge difference, and he represents the business extremely well.

Pampered Pet Inn has been our home since 2003. It has always been well managed and maintained. We have boarded there and had our dog groomed there for years. Jeanette is amazing! I wish Pampered Pet Inn all the best for many years to come.
