Best Friends Pet Hotel

Ashley is the greatest groomer for our Rough Collie. He is so handsome and gorgeous when she grooms him. We have a standing appointment with Ashley every 7 weeks. Would recommend Ashley to any person needing a conscientious and talented groomer.

I can’t say enough great things about Best Friends Pet Hotel and especially their assistant manager, Jessica. You can immediately tell how much she truly cares about every single animal that comes through the doors. She goes above and beyond to keep pet parents updated and always makes sure both the pets and owners feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whenever my dog walks in, you can instantly see who they’re excited to see most — Jessica! That alone says so much about the love and dedication she puts into her work. She’s incredibly kind, sweet, and always has a funny story to share. As someone who owns 6 dogs and 3 cats herself, you can tell animals are truly her passion. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and loyal to both the pets and the people who trust them with their animals. I would follow Jessica anywhere she goes! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their pets will genuinely be cared for like family.

We have had a few wonderful experiences with Best Friends Pet Hotel and especially Josie over the past few months. When we travel out of the country for weeks at a time, finding good quality pet care can be difficult. Our dogs had not been doing well at another place, so we switched them here for the past few trips, and they’ve always come home happy and healthy. While we’re gone; we always get emails with their picture updates, so we know they are doing well. Josie always greets us with a smile and a report on how the dogs behaved, along with any other important information. We’re so thankful to know that our dogs are being loved and entertained while we are out.

Been using them for several years. They all know my Leo and seem to look forward to having him. Nice touch is the Castleton location always sends a picture to insure Leo is enjoying the stay. When i went to pick Leo up, Josie was a doll. Very helpful and informative on services offered. I am sure Leo is looking forward to his next stay. Thanks Josie

We’ve boarded our husky here multiple times and let me tell you: we will never board any where else again! They love our dog almost as much as we do; she gets so excited to see everyone there (especially Josie)! They are kind, welcoming, and I have never had such a good boarding experience as we’ve had here.

Boarded our dogs for 2 nights over New Years. Joey took excellent care of them. The staff obviously love the animals, and pay good attention to detail when gathering vaccination info and behavior information. On top of that, their services are more affordable than most places.

I took ou new puppy 18 weeks old for her first grooming. She is a Cavapoo. Ashley was great!! And Ellie had a wonderful time!
