Tonya's Puppy Palace

We have taken my son's dog, Oreo, to Tonya's Puppy Palace twice now. Both times she was able to accommodate my short notice due to medical appointments out of state. She is flexible with me and scheduling. My son is very protective of his dog, he got it after my mother passed away. So needless to say he was nervous leaving her the first time we brought Oreo to daycare. After seeing pictures of her and seeing how well taken care of there he is so much more at ease when she needs to be taken care of away from home. We will absolutely be bringing Oreo back and would recommend anyone looking for care give them a try.

We board our dog Precious with Tonya. Precious is super sweet, but when we first got her she would snap at other dogs in her space and was a bit reactive. Tonya helped bring Precious out of her shell. Tonya is the only person we trust to watch our girl while we are gone. She is patient and manages precious dynamics with other dogs perfectly. We attribute a lot of her success with other dogs to Tonya’s guidance.

Tonya has watched my foster dog for me before and was able to administer special food and medication for her. I got photo updates and my dog loved playing there. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here since October. My dog developed severe separation anxiety when I had surgery and we were with my parents for 3 months. As a result, she become destructive and an escape artist from every type of confinement. Ms. Tonya was able to work with us to re-crate train her and work on her socialization. She is also a very sensitive and injury prone dog. Ms. Tonya has learned our special routines and can even do some basic first aid for my dog if necessary. Ms. Tonya is also able to administer medications and work with your schedule. Ms. Tonya is able to rotate the dogs in and out based on how the dogs react to each other. With that, she is able to switch it up throughout the day or boarding stay if your dog is having an off day. My dog can be testy at times and all over with energy levels. She is able to accommodate that whenever my dog changes moods. This is our preferred option for boarding and daycare.

Boarded my dog there through Rover for a week where he returned with a scab and now scar. Unbeknownst to me, he was put in a cage. That is not okay for a dog that has had trauma in a cage. Just know they crate and there are a lot of dogs there at once.

Tonya and her family take excellent care of my dog, Gracie. Tonya's Puppy Palace feels like Gracie's 2nd home!

Never take your dogs here. Terrible smelly place. Boarded at multiple places in the past and I am telling you this is different. Dogs will come back covered in poo, pee, scabs, and even injuries. Please please please read this and just trust me when I say never ever ever take your dogs here.
