I absolutely love this kennel for my husky, Marvin! Darcy is very easy to work with and sends daily updates and pictures of how much fun he is having. I always know that Marvin is in the best hands and is given so much love and attention while he’s there. I highly recommend this kennel, Darcy and her family are amazing!!!
Over Memorial weekend we had Ruff Life Kennel watch our Swissy, and had such an amazing experience! Darcy was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Throughout the day, we would receive updates on how our dog was doing and would also receive pictures. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a boarding kennel.
She did a great job with my 5 pound Yorkie mix, Mia. She looks adorable and my daughter says it’s the best grooming she’s ever had! The best part of her process is being able to book online and avoid the whole phone tag thing. Great value and very convenient!
Our Boston is our first dog. We were a bit nervous about placing him with a kennel for our spring break trip. It’s a Ruff Life was amazing. Right from the drop off, we knew our dog was going to be in good hands. They gave our dog a lots of love and gave us daily text updates (with pics). They were flexible with our pick up time and were very easy to work with. Our Boston stayed for a whole week and we will definitely use Its a Ruff Life in the future. (BTW - our dog is just a 4 month old pup).
Darcy is great! We've utilized her service multiple times when we've gone on trips and the family enjoys the updates and photos we receive throughout the time we are away. I would highly recommend using It's a Ruff Life Kennel to board you dogs.
We love this kennel for our lab! When we leave her there we are confident that she gets great care and attention. Darcy sends pictures of our pup every day so that we can see how she’s doing. We also get to see where our pup stays which has been unusual in a kennel. Other kennel owners take our pup at the front and you don’t get to see where they will be staying. You can tell that Darcy loves her work and is very passionate about dogs!
Darcy was extremely helpful with getting my dog in last minute and accommodating when my plans changed a bit and my dog had the stay another night! I knew he was in good hands and Darcy showed that by sending pictures of my dog each day he was there. Definitely recommend!
