This is by far the best boarding facility and staff we have encountered. We have a Shiba Inu who has always been very anxious around new people and environments, and finding appropriate care has been challenging. We discovered Woof Pack Resort & Spa during a last-minute situation when our previous boarding option became unavailable, and they were able to accommodate our dog immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout his stay, we received multiple photo updates each day, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs in their care. Each time we pick him up, he is noticeably more confident, social, and relaxed than when we dropped him off. He is clearly well cared for and truly enjoys his time there. We highly recommend this facility and its staff to anyone seeking attentive and compassionate pet care.

Woof Pack Resort is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my pup to. They truly care about your pet and I felt completely reassured when I sent Beans there for a 15 day boarding stretch. He has been anxious in the past with new situations and he is a senior dog, so they took everything into consideration. The facility is safe and incredibly clean. Looking forward to many more stays for Beans at this spot!

We boarded our two Italian Greyhounds at Woof Pack Resort & Spa a few weeks ago, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, especially since they were aware of my pets’ previous experiences of not eating while at kennels. They went above and beyond to make sure our dogs were well fed — even trying multiple kinds of dog food to ensure they were receiving proper nutrients. That level of care and dedication meant so much to us. Amazing place and amazing staff. Highly recommend!

My husband and I highly recommend taking your dog to Woof Pack. I was initially drawn to the facility because of their highly trained and licensed staff, and they did not disappoint. The team was extremely attentive to our dog, took the time to truly get to know him, and answered all of our questions thoroughly so we felt completely comfortable. We received updates and pictures throughout the day, along with an adorable report card. Their communication and level of care went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with their staff and services!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They took such wonderful care of my elderly dog and made me feel completely at ease while he was there. First-Time Boarding Experience – Exceeded Expectations! This was our first time boarding our dog, Nova, and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. We did a meet-and-greet about a month prior to make sure Nova would be comfortable, and it was clear from the start that this was a great environment for her. When we picked Nova up after a week, the staff told us how much they loved having her—and it really showed! Nova was happy, well-socialized, and clearly enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Throughout her stay, we received regular photo updates and little messages, which were so reassuring and helped ease our nerves as first-time boarders. The facility is very clean, and the overall atmosphere is positive, professional, and truly pet-friendly. We were a bit nervous at first, but seeing how well Nova was cared for made all the difference. We’ll definitely be bringing her back here the next time we go on vacation. Highly recommend!
