Best Friends Pet Hotel

I highly recommend boarding with Best Friends. I’ve been bringing my Daisy for boarding for years, using both the individual and Play & Stay options, and the staff have always been amazing. They genuinely care for the pets they look after and treat them like their own. When Daisy experienced a health issue while I was away, the team went above and beyond to ensure she received the attention and support she needed. Their dedication and compassion gave me tremendous peace of mind. I’m grateful for everything the staff does to care for our furry friends, and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our big girl, Lou, LOVES Best Friends Lansing. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They treat Lou like one of their own. Highly recommend them for boarding, daycare, training, grooming, etc.

Dear Best Friends Pet Hotel Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible care you provided to my two fur babies during their recent extended stay. Leaving them for a long period is never easy, and I know both of our kiddos were a bit nervous about being away from home. However, the compassion shown by your staff made all the difference. I am especially grateful to Sarah, the assistant manager, and the co-owner, who were all so patient and kind when I called for updates. Their reassurance that my dogs were doing well truly helped ease my mind. When I arrived for pickup, I was greeted with such warm smiles and received wonderful, detailed feedback on how the kids settled in while we were gone. Knowing they were cared for with the same love and attention I give them at home allowed me to breathe a little easier. It brings me such peace of mind to know I have a place like Best Friends to rely on. We will definitely be seeing you again in the future! My dog loves coming here and is always sad to leave. The staff take such good care of him and keeps us updated sending us pictures of him. He came home exhausted and slept all night long 🙂

Zeus has absolutely loved his two stays with Best Friends! This most recent they did two activities with him and sent videos to me of him. The staff is all very sweet. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Both my Pom and Bouvier enjoyed their time and will be back. They also loved the groomer who does an excellent job.

Best Friends Lansing was fantastic. My Husky Ace is an anxious dog and has had some poor experiences at previous boarders. We toured the facility before his first boarding and he loved the staff. Best Friends made him feel like he was a part of the pack right away! They were great at reading his cues. We will definitely be using them in the future. Leslie, Sylvia, and Addison were great. Thanks for taking great care of my bouncing kangaroo, Ace Bartholomew! 💕
