Doggie District - Silverado

Just picked up my 2 dogs ( Rottie & a Lab/pit mix) from their 1 week long boarding. I’ve used Doggie District for quite a few years now. From dropping them off to play for a day to boarding for a week or so - Always have a great experience. I love the fact that they send pictures each day. The people that work at the Silverado Ranch location are always very kind! My dogs come home happy AND tired from all the play.

My dog was very well taken care of. He smelled and felt great after his spa day. The groomer and staff were very sweet and caring with my little guy. Pricing was better than I expected. I’ll continue to bring him back there for future visits.

I checked out other dog boarding places before I decided on Doggie District Silverado Ranch. The main reason was because of all of the happy dogs I saw getting dropped off and picked up in the lobby and every doggy parent I spoke to told me how much their babies enjoy their time at Doggie District. I would like to update my previous review after gaining a better understanding of the situation. After I posted my original review, the manager reached out to me and followed up thoroughly. They took the time to address all of my concerns and provided clear explanations. I later discovered that the daily updates, including photos of my dog, had in fact been sent via email (and reportedly by text as well), but unfortunately they were filtered into my spam folder, which is why I did not see them during her stay. I truly appreciate the manager’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to resolve the issue rather than ignore my concerns. Thanks to their follow-up, everything has been clarified and resolved. While my initial experience felt frustrating at the time, I now understand that there was a miscommunication, and I am grateful for the effort the team made to make things right.

I absolutely adore Doggie District - Silverado location. My baby boy has been going there ever since he was a puppy and loves going to daycare. The place is very clean and the staff is amazing, always so nice and very caring and helpful. I take my boy there anywhere from one to five times a week and he always gets all his energy out which is wonderful. They have doggie parties and it’s always so much fun to get the pictures from the party. What I really love about Doggie District daycare is it not only allows him to interact with other dogs but teaches him how to interact with dogs at daycare and outside of daycare. It’s also nice that they are very understanding when it comes to special diets which my boy is on. The Doggie District Silverado Ranch location has a beautiful facility and an amazing staff who I feel loves my baby boy as much as I do. Thank you for being AWESOME!

I’m writing to share a concern about the service I’ve experienced at your grooming business. I have been a customer for some time, but recently there have been ongoing issues that have been very frustrating. The groomer has arrived late to my scheduled appointments on four separate occasions. While I understand that occasional delays can happen, repeated lateness without proper communication shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and makes it difficult to plan my day. In addition, the employee who works on Fridays has been consistently rude and unfriendly. Good customer service is very important, and being spoken to in an unwelcoming manner makes the overall experience unpleasant. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I love Chuck my groomer at Doggie district. He does a great job. My dog is happy with him too. My dog is not easy but Chuck relaxes him and gets the job done. I really appreciate it. The receptionist are really nice too.
