Hounds Town Centennial

I don't know that I've ever liked a boarding facility as much as I like this one. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind, no one looked at me funny when I brought my dogs in with blankies and all of their meals proportioned. They post photos and videos on Instagram every day and on day two my dogs were already looking so much more relaxed and happy. My pups will definitely be back and so great to know we have somewhere safe to take them where they'll be happy.

This place is very well run. Our basset hound Belle loves it here. Having run a doggie daycare myself for a number of years, I can tell you from experience that the staff here do a great job and the management are top notch. They take really good care of her and you can tell she’s very happy and comfortable with the staff. I really love how clean the facility is, and I think their prices are really reasonable especially for the services they provide. Belle will be a regular for a long time.

I went in for an evaluation today and was very impressed. My dog is extremely timid around humans but loves dogs. They treated her with a great deal of care and cleaned up after she nervous peed twice. I can’t wait to start bringing her there! They seem very kind and to really love dogs.

Unfortunately, my dog was not on her good (let alone best) behavior this morning and nipped at the staff member. The response was a kind and responsible refusal to accept her at this time. While the refusal was disappointing, the fact that they were willing to forego making money to protect staff members and other pets was impressive.

We recently started bringing our new pup to Hounds Town and he absolutely loves it! They are so attentive, and post numerous updates throughout the day. We’re so happy to have an amazing daycare so close by!

We love hounds town! We take our Mini Golden Doodle,Dunkin a couple days a week. He has an amazing time! The facility is very clean, and has a pleasant smell. The staff is very friendly! The owners are awesome and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They take the time to share photos throughout his stay. I love when I come to pick him up they take the extra time to "tidy"him up,so he is clean. This is a great facility and we definitely recommend it!

I boarded my dog over Easter weekend for 3 nights when we got her home I noticed her left eye was bloodshot and was discharging a yellowish drip we brought her to the vet and did a complete eye exam and the found the eye was infected and scratched probably occurred during playtime accidents happen that's understandable however the facility was negligent in observing these dogs during playtime. I have been boarding dogs for over 30 years in various different facilities and in each one they have always had a staff person that remained in the room to observe and watch for rough playing or aggressiveness here at hounds town there is no constant supervision from occasional looking in on the pets had there been supervision this could have been prevented whatever the agreement is that customers sign should not release the facility of any harm that comes to a pet due to their negligence. The owner Chris has refused at this point to offer any compensation for the vet services and claims the agreement releases them of any liabilities .Beware if you bring your pet here for daycare or boarding S.D
