K-9 Kountry

Not enough stars to give a proper review. Should be 10. I can't say enough about K-9 Kountry in Southern Highlands. Our girl gets excited as soon as we make the turn off Decatur, and then when we park. The ownership and staff is fully invested all the pets well being. I'm no longer the favorite human - Andrea (owner) has taken that position. It's quite awesome to see that bond. Ownership is always around daily - i think this is what sets K-9 Kountry above the other options. I'm a complete helicopter dad, but have zero worries about dropping her off for daycare or overnight. And the pictures sent each day can be quite awesome, especially during special events or enrichment. This place opening on our side of town was truly a gift. Thank you K-9 Kountry for all you do.

This place is amazing! I've taken my dog Cajun to one of the big franchises for daycare and the difference is night and day. At K9 Kountry your dog is treated like an individual instead of a number. Every time I drop him off the entire staff is happy to see him. The owners are fantastic and they have endless healthy options for food and treats. I can't imagine ever bringing my dog anywhere else.

K-9 Kountry is truly amazing in every way! From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors, we could tell how much everyone working there genuinely loves and cares for the dogs. The entire team is attentive, professional, and really sweet to our pup— it honestly feels like leaving my dog, Maple (basically my child) with family. Maple is excited when we pull up and can’t wait to run in and see everyone. That says it all! I love that K-9 Kountry offers fun activities (including enrichment) and keeps the dogs engaged, active, and social. Whether it’s playtime, enrichment, or just getting extra love from the staff, I know Maple is having the best day possible! The facility is clean, well-organized, and has such a welcoming, safe atmosphere. I never have a moment of hesitation dropping her off because I know she’s in the best hands. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure every dog is cared for like their own. I can’t say enough good things about K-9 Kountry — they have given me total peace of mind and given Maple a second home. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Love K-9 Kountry!!! Our dog is in heaven here. The staff is amazing. The place is clean. My dog loves coming and leaves happy. We get the cutest pictures everyday we are away. There is so much comfort knowing our dog is safe and well cared for. I can't express enough how happy I've been since finding this place. Highly highly recommend!!!!

This is where you should be bringing your babies! I toured other places, absolutely NO ONE had it down like K-9 Kountry. They have an amazing team who is loving and you truly truly feel like family. You can see how loved your fur babies are and in addition the care that goes into each individual pup from one on one time, pool, and even nutrition training is a huge plus. I can’t begin to explain how happy I am we found this place for Koa. I will refer everyone here! Don’t hesitate to ask questions, they are so informative and confident it blew my mind. Not just employees, they are a team and our new fur baby family! ❤️❤️

We adore K9 Kountry. Ted Dog has been attending for a few years now. They offer a variety of enrichment activities every day, not only keeping our dog entertained but also ensuring he gets the necessary exercise. While my dog doesn’t particularly enjoy the company of many people, he absolutely adores his Nannie’s. They are incredibly compassionate, loving, and genuinely care for your dog. They understand each dog’s unique needs and make sure they are met. I can see the joy and love in my dog’s eyes whenever he comes to K9 Kountry, and it’s because he truly feels cherished there.

I always have wonderful experiences at K9-Kountry when I bring in my 2 dogs for daycare and grooming service, and can't recommend them enough. From the moment we arrive it is clear how much care and attention they put into every pet. What really stood out to me was the extra time and patience given to make sure my dogs were comfortable and relaxed. It's not easy trusting someone else with your pets, but I feel completely at ease knowing they are in such good hands. I am so grateful to have found K9-Kountry.
