PetSuites Lewisville

This was my second time boarding my French Bulldog here, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. From drop off to pick up, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and spotless after his group playtime and exit bath which truly says everything. He even received a pup stocking and holiday dinner for Christmas! The staff is kind, attentive, and clearly cares about every dog like their own. I’m so grateful to have found a place I trust and will absolutely continue to use. 10 out of 10, highly recommend the services and the amazing team!

Everyone was so nice and understanding about how my dog Pooka anxiety and let my older dog Maudie stay with him. And the groomer was so great!!! They came home happy and looking so cute!! I will definitely be going back!!!

We have been bringing our dog Bailey to PetSuites Lewisville for around 3 months now, and he absolutely loves it! He does day care/group play throughout the week and is always super happy (and tired) when he comes home. We also boarded him for 3 days, which was a great experience. The staff are all amazing and take super great care of the dogs!!

Pet Suites Lewisville is fantastic! My pet received such great care here, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my dog Luna visit smooth and stress‑free. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and clearly loves what they do. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, and I always feel confident knowing my pet is in good hands. I really appreciate the consistent communication and the way they treat every animal like family. Highly recommend Pet Suites Lewisville to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and caring place for their pet.

We were able to see our dogs the entire time. We received twice daily reports telling us how much they ate. They had group play for the entire day. Place was very clean and smelled good, considering there were 40 plus dogs there. They could use one more camera in the play areas, so you get better looks at your dog. Will be back. The dogs go back soon to see if they want to go back.

I absolutely love bringing my dog Pookie here she gets so excited every time we pull up! Summer is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. Summer is always a delight to see, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals. I wouldn’t trust Pookie anywhere else! Would definitely recommend this place!😊

I boarded my dog, Bear, at Pet Suites for 4 nights and was extremely disappointed with the care he received. Every single time I checked the webcam, which was multiple times a day, he was in his room. We paid extra for individual play, yet it was clear he was taken out very rarely. What disturbed me most was the lack of cleanliness and basic care. On several occasions it appeared that he had peed the bed and was left like that for hours. One morning at 7 AM, I saw two different poop spots, pee, and what looked like throw up on his bed. I waited to see how long it would take them to clean it and it wasn’t addressed until around noon. That means my pup sat in his own filth for nearly 5 hours. I even watched him crawl under his bed on the webcam because he had nowhere else to go. He is house trained and not the type to have accidents or mark territory. His accidents were due to negligence. We also paid for daily progress reports, which were a complete waste of money. Every report included the same exact one sentence copied and pasted each day: "Bear enjoyed his individual play time today." We had contacted the location prior to pick up and were given a small discount. We paid for a "luxury townhome," and there was absolutely nothing luxury about this stay. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility.
