Bluegrass Pet Chalet

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bluegrass Pet Chalet! From the moment we dropped off our dog, we felt completely at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They took the time to learn our dog’s routine and personality, which meant so much to us. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully set up to keep pets comfortable and happy. We especially appreciated the updates and knowing our dog was getting plenty of attention, exercise and love while we were away. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, happy and clearly well cared for, always the best sign! We wouldn’t hesitate to board here again and highly recommend Bluegrass Pet Chalet to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their pet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By far, the best grooming experience we’ve had. Doodle groomers are tough to find, good ones that is that don’t leave your dog looking like a hairless cat. Bluegrass Pet Chalet has been phenomenal for boarding our Doodle bros, Snoop & Biggie, and their grooming services add one more reason why you must check them out. Look how handsome my boys look after their grooming appointment! We are ready to book our second one already because they do such an amazing job!

This was Dixie's first stay at Bluegrass Pet Chalet in Lexington KY. We were very pleased with the facility, the staff (especially sweet Sage), and the love and care she received. I signed up for the daily email updates and it was fun and comforting to see Dixie daily. I sent an inquiry on Day 4 to check on her eating and received a very prompt, professional response. We will definitely us their services again. The facility was very clean with many technology updates. Having the home environment for the dogs to spend time in also gave me piece of mind. Dixie enjoyed laying on the couch which didn't surprise me. LOL. We received dog artwork, too as a nice keepsake.

My vet recommended Bluegrass Pet Chalet for dog grooming of my doodle. I’ve tried a few places, this has by far been the best service, quality and experience I’ve had. I also toured their kennel, again impressive. Highly recommend to all my Lexington friends to have their dogs groomed here, my dog looks amazing.

Bluegrass Pet Chalet was the perfect calm solution for a busy holiday weekend. No fireworks in the country! An owner gave us a tour before we made our reservation (a rarity in the industry in our experience). The facility was very clean and cool even in the height of summer. They took great care of our pets by making sure our active dog got lots of walks and giving our calm cat his medication. Happy to recommend their very professional service.

My cockapoo had the very best stay at Bluegrass Pet Chalet two weekends in a row. This a family owned business that genuinely loves pets! Their property is beautiful with plenty of room for dogs to play outside. My pup even met a horse! I highly recommend them for boarding your most loved pets!
