My pomeranian Tuxedo had a great experience. It was his first time being boarded while we were on vacation. They took great care of him. The price and services were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Belle Creek, you are awesome!
My dog has stayed here twice. The second time when I picked up my puppy, he and all his bedding smelled of urine! I was so upset. Usually I tip them for services (as I do any service) but once my dog was handed over to me, it was clear as day the smell I smelled. I smelled it on him and all his stuff. All I could think was he wasn't let out but maybe once or twice a day. Or another big dog lifted his leg on him when walking by or however the area's are they are kept in. Also, they only open a very very short period time for you to pick up your pet. It's not a place I'll be returning.
For the past 12 years, we've sent both of our dogs to BelleCreek when going out of town. The staff takes great care of them and are always welcoming and flexible when it comes to our schedules. Our dogs are always happy and clean when we pick them up.
My Dog has gone there since he was a puppy, He's 14 now and still wags his tail going there! He gets the best care, would tell everyone how Happy we are with Belle Creek Kennels!!!
