I have come back to leave a review, as I was looking for boarding again and was reminded of this place. I boarded my dog here for 14 days in Nov 2023 while we were on our honeymoon in thailand, and when we returned, our poor dog had lost over 10% of her bodyweight. The time zone was so far off that a phone call during business hours was basically impossible, but on our last day, there was a missed call from the day care. I called back again and again during their business hours and left a voicemail and they didn’t pick up or try calling me back. Our dog was incredibly anxious and exhausted when we picked her up. She slept for three days straight. Her weight loss was distressing. I would have moved heaven and earth to have more appealing food delivered, or even have a family member come get her, but they thought the money was more important than communicating that she was having trouble eating. I would not recommend this day care as a boarding facility to anyone who cares about their dog.
My little doggies came home like they've never left the house. Happy and excited to see us! Today I brought one of them back, and she was super happy to see the girls here!
Always take our doggie when we are out of town and can't take our dog. Love this place, supper friendly staff. Our dog loves it.
My dog loves it here and the folks take the extra step and the price cant be beat!!! 10/10 recommend. My dog would love to play with yours 😬
I boarded my dog here for 6 days while I was in Europe, and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. During the boarding process, they assured me I could email them for updates, but I never received a response. Being overseas, it was difficult to call, so I was left completely in the dark about my dog’s well-being. When I picked her up, I noticed she was shedding much more than usual, which I believe was due to stress. Additionally, they do not allow you to see inside the facility or provide any cameras for monitoring, which means you have no way of knowing how your pet is being cared for. This lack of access and updates made the entire experience stressful and unsettling. The price is not bad but If you’re looking for peace of mind while traveling, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s crucial to know your pet is in good hands, and unfortunately, this pet hotel failed to provide that assurance.
I left my dog at this hotel for the first time, and it was a very disappointing experience. They don’t have cameras or updates during the stay, which made me anxious. When I picked up my dog, he was limping. No one could explain what happened; they just said he injured himself. I took him to the vet and, to my surprise, found out he had hurt his knee. The treatment cost a thousand dollars! I tried contacting the hotel to discuss the issue and see if they could help with the costs, but it turned into a game of passing me around: I spoke to several people, and in the end, no one returned my calls. The worst part is that my dog, who is very energetic, was unable to walk for 2/3 weeks. It was an extremely traumatic situation for both of us. I will never leave my dog at a hotel again, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
I boarded my 4 year old rescue here for 3 days. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. They allowed me to do a walk through and answered all questions regarding the day care and boarding. I called for daily updates and the staff gave detailed information regarding my dogs behavior and how she was meshing with the larger daycare group. She was exhausted when I brought her home! I assume she had a good time!
