Crista and Allyson and Nahid are some of the most competent individuals in the Dog care industry I have ever met. They show so much love to my little boy Prince and he is always excited when he comes back. I highly recommend you bringing them to Dogtopia.
Our rescue chihuahua mix, Betty Ann, was timid and nervous at first, but everything changed when we started bringing her to Dogtopia regularly about four months ago. Now she pulls to go in, wiggles with excitement, and has made so many dog friends—it’s been amazing to watch her come out of her shell! The staff is incredible, the space is clean, and she gets a great workout. We’ve even done overnights with total confidence. Highly recommend signing up for a package—Dogtopia has been a game-changer for our girl!
I feel sad to write this, but hopefully this is seen to make improvements. I stopped in to check on rates for dog boarding and to understand what services were offered. The person at the front desk said they were covering for the person who was at the front desk normally. I asked if they had information like a flyer or maybe the process to have a dog be accepted for boarding. The person said he really did not know and looked for information but said he could not find any and did not know where it was. I asked if he knew the rates; he did not. I have a suggestion for front desk training even for those covering would be to ready your staff to answer basic questions with confidence and have some materials ready. This will help put forth a better image when potential customers come in.
The staffs are very friendly and the fees were pretty reasonable. Once the dog is approved, and dropped off, you have access to a web cam through their app. The place is clean, and there are snacks for your dog when you pick them up or just wait for other pups to be dropped and signed in. They also give you a report card for your dog!
The staff at Dogtopia literally changed our lives for the better! After we adopted our boy Grim, we discovered he was super anxious around strangers and was starting to show signs of separation anxiety. Our trainer recommended daycare to help with his socialization and time alone. We just so happened to wander into Dogtopia and from Day One the staff (McKenzie, Howard, and "Auntie" Allyson) were attentive to his needs and his pace. Fast forward a year later and Grim has shown so much improvement and absolutely ADORES his Dogtopia family. The LIC team are always happy and accommodating, and they keep Grim (and the other dogs) engaged with unique activities and celebrations. All our love to Dogtopia LIC, the Witches and Grim!
I really wanted to try this place for their grooming services but only to find an assessment appointment it was a PAIN. I walked in and only because I was 18min late they wouldn’t take him for any other time during the day or the day after. Also, they felt careless. Pretty disappointing.
I love this place! All the trainers and staff could not be nicer to my pup. The facility is huge, clean, and has plenty of room for my frenchie to run around and play with the other dogs. Plus they have fun activities for the doggies throughout the week.
