I cannot recommend Lapet House NY enough! Luis and his team were so welcoming, kind, and professional. Luis genuinely cares and took his time recommending the perfect haircut style for my pup, plus shared helpful tips outside of grooming too. The final result was better than we imagined our pup looks adorable, smells incredible, and feels so clean. The salon is spotless, beautifully designed, and the staff is so sweet. They also took the time to take pictures, make a little video with music, and send it to us, which was SO thoughtful and made our day. He even made some new friends while he was there. We can’t wait to come back and neither can my pup!

Luis at La Pet House in Long Island City did a wonderful job grooming my toy poodle, Daisy! He gave thoughtful advice on the haircut and guided me toward a better option than what I originally had in mind. Daisy looked beautiful afterward, and more than a week later she still smells fresh and feels incredibly soft. Luis was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what he is doing. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The best daycare and grooming service! Luis is an amazing groomer—my dog always comes back looking great. Alejandro and Cara regularly send photos and videos while my dog is at daycare, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. The whole team is warm, attentive, and makes my dog feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wow what an experience! I would highly recommend Lapethouse NY to any dog mom/dad. Alejandro at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Lidio and Luis were super sweet and did an amazing job with our miniature dachshund puppy. Our baby looks so handsome 😁 What a dream team they have at Lapethouse NY! The best grooming service in town! My miniature dachshund had a bath and teeth cleaning with Luis, and he did an amazing job! He cleaned up my dog’s paws beautifully and trimmed his nails + paw pad perfectly. He even went above and beyond by doing some extra hair trimming and cleaning all of his feet—even though I only paid for the bath:) I didn’t mention that the hair behind my dog’s back leg usually gets a little tangled, and even some of the more expensive groomers don’t catch it, but Luis fixed it beautifully! Luis was also incredibly friendly. He greeted us both before and after the appointment, which has never happened at other places I’ve tried. Even tho it’s a little far from my house but def. would come back

Luis did an amazing job grooming my puppy! He was so gentle, patient, and kind. You can really tell he cares about the dogs. Alejandro was also very nice and welcoming. Such a great experience!

Luis is the best groomer I've ever had! He's the first groomer that has met me face to face and introduced himself, handshake and all. He also informed me of how my dog behaved during the process, how my dog was very calm and easy to work with. Previous groomers have never made this much effort to connect with their customers. The cut was also clean and stylish. He came back so fluffy! For a long haired American Eskimo mix, a full groom, haircut, nail clipping, etc. was ~$120. This is similar to the price of other groomers in LIC, so I'm very happy about the quality and value. Will be coming back again!
